PLEASE NOTE - 0:27 to 1:11 has had it's original audio replaced Skip to 1:11 to bypass replaced audio Due to a copyright claim, I've had to replace the music for 45 seconds of the video. Because the replacing system TH-cam offers is incredibly basic, it overlays any audio, not just music. So my usual opening 'Hello and welcome...' etc, had to go. This was the only way in which I could keep the video up and fully visible without completely deleting and re-uploading, which was the last thing I wanted to do. Hope you all understand. Other episodes of the Ident Review have been affected in a similar way, so any video that has this as the pinned comment will have replaced audio, and the timestamp as above from where you can enjoy the episode as intended
So the BBC (through their commercial arm) didn't like the fact that you used a certain Doctor Who theme as your opening theme, right? Will there be another way to view the original cut elsewhere?
i think is the best "recent events adaptation" that ive seen in tv branding lately. basic but clever at the same time, with a positive message about keeping in movement! love it
These are by far the best (and imo only good) Oneness idents. I genuinely hope that shortly after lockdown is lifted (whenever that may be) that they introduce a new ident package that brings back some sort of...i dunno...IDENTITY! Starting by bringing the globe back in some capacity.

Hey Adam, I know you focus on TV idents but I have a question. There was a BBC ident that used to be played on netflix around 2013. It disappeared soon after but it was a sadder sounding ident. I've never been able to find it since. Do you know any way I could find it?
@@realoliver9912 Hey, sorry no it wasn't that one. I think it might have been this one but in my head it sounded differently. th-cam.com/video/TL347P7vBks/w-d-xo.html
I find the whole oneness idea typically patronising and dull. We can always depend on the BBC to treat us like children and pretend that we are a united and happy nation. These sequences are feeble and forgettable. The lack of a strong jingle to accompany the imagery is really retrograde. My favourite BBC One ident of all time was the refreshed Capes ident of 2009 with the improved soundtrack. BBC One idents were silent until as recent as 1997 when the hot air balloon arrived. Strange to think that two decades later the corporation decided that it's idents didn't need jingles anymore. Desperately bad idents for desperately bad times.
I'm sorry, but these could be far, far better. The whole Oneness thing was crap to begin with and it's still crap today. These idents just play into the dull, cheap feel of the entire theme.
The oneness idents were the worst idents the BBC ever produced. They sicken me to my core. Also, looking at this after all this time makes me glad this is dead and buried.

these are fairly good compared to whatever the original oneness is and would love to see some of them return after the end of quarantine
Sounds like fun!
Aaah, it seems that they are better than the 1995 Minimax ident era ! I'm so happy of this 2020 era !
Thanks for this upload Adam
In place of the 2017 idents, the 2020 idents was launched on April 30th.

It probably won't go because of the fucking PC'S

These are my personal favourite Oneness idents.
Hard to believe that this company is gonna be a century 100 years old next October 2022

this video had 169 videos but i liked it and now it's 170
I really want the quarantine Idents to have the new logo!!!!!
@Adam Martyn what happened to your BBC1 closedown montages?
Did you delete them? I can't find them anywhere!
I had to delete them to save the channel from permanent demonetisation and also a risk of termination I'm afraid!
@@AdamMartyn Are they available on google drive or something
Have you ever seen the Sky One idents from 2005?
What's the background music called?

*Do Christmas 1991/92/93/94 (BBC2, 1991/92/93/94) - The Ident Review Extra!*
The only good oneness ident all the regular ones are terrible

Do you realize what time it is right now
This ident was due to COVID-19 pandemic
There's no such thing as social distancing. The correct term is physical distancing.
Adam, can you make international ident reviews?
I believe he did a couple from Sweden and the Netherlands.
I’ll find them for you now.
Sleeping cats, wins every time
these were fairly good compared to the sky comedy idents.
Clever concept but not quite up to BBC Two standards!
Why did they separate the people?
Cause of Covid
I think the bbc should change it back as coming out of lockdown fed up with it now.
The oneness idents are abysmal, the BBC must have got change from their fiver for these.. unimaginative, undynamic cheep and dull.
You are right about the lack of old people. I think these people are under 40....
I can assure you I’m well over 40, as are several of my choir mates 🤣
I was hoping you would include the cats napping around the country, disappointed .
these idents are the worst and cheapest ever. really not loving this generation.
Just a joke these ones, just put the globe back up or the balloon
GREAT I DENTS
