  • I Ate Garlic Every Day For 1 Month And This Happened. Foods can be medicines, too. A classic example of this is garlic, which has been used since time immemorial to treat a variety of medical conditions.

    • What To Eat After Work...
    ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    In a nutshell:
For instance, eating garlic every day is found to lower the risk of heart disease by collectively addressing a couple of health factors including high cholesterol, blood sugar, and blood pressure. Continue watching this video to learn what happens if you eat garlic every day for a month. Second, garlic also contains antiviral agents that can work in two ways--1) block the entry of viruses into cells and 2) strengthen the immune response to effectively ward off potential invaders. In some cases, having garlic every day can help prevent and reduce the severity of the flu and common cold.
Eating garlic every day can help curb the activity of certain inflammatory proteins. In a randomized study of 70 women, the group who had 1,000 mg of garlic supplements per day for 8 weeks had lower inflammatory markers, less fatigue, and pain, and reduced tender joints compared with the placebo group. Thankfully, human studies found that eating garlic has a remarkable impact on lowering blood pressure in people with hypertension. In one study, having 600 - 1500 mg of aged garlic extract was just as effective as taking Atenolol at lowering blood pressure over 24 weeks.
Garlic works to stimulate the synthesis of nitric oxide, which then dilates blood vessels and inhibits angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) activity. While we`re on the topic of cardiovascular diseases, daily garlic intake can also minimize other heart disease risk factors like high cholesterol. Another way garlic is good for the heart is by improving cholesterol levels. To be specific, garlic can lower total and LDL (or bad) cholesterol by about 10-15%.
Although more research is needed to determine the relationship between garlic intake and cholesterol levels, some studies concluded that garlic supplementation was indeed effective in lowering total cholesterol and high LDL cholesterol levels. While garlic appears to lower LDL, it has, however, no reliable effect on HDL (or good) cholesterol. Also, high triglyceride levels are another risk factor, but unfortunately, garlic doesn`t seem to have significant effects on it. Taking garlic by mouth is also known to reduce pre-meal blood sugar levels in people with or without diabetes.
Furthermore, it was found that raw garlic can also reduce the risk of atherosclerosis. Plus, garlic has vitamins B-6 and C, with B-6 for carbohydrate metabolism and C for blood sugar level maintenance. On the other hand, there`s no definite evidence that garlic reduces post-meal blood sugar levels. Consider eating garlic every day for a month.
In fact, it goes way back to ancient times when it was used to reduce fatigue and boost the physical capacity of laborers. Rodent studies have indicated that garlic does improve exercise performance, however, only a few human studies have been conducted. People with heart disease who had garlic oil for 6 weeks experienced a 12% reduction in heart rate and improved exercise capacity. In fact, 3 doses of garlic daily can even outmatch the drug D-penicillamine in reducing symptoms.
Next up is how garlic can help with bone loss: There are no human studies on the effects of garlic on bone loss.

Six months ago, I was overweight, tired, and looked pathetic so I started training and left fast food chain restaurants out of my options and started chewing one to three garlic clovers daily with lots of water and it definitely helped me with my cholesterol levels and blood sugar (Of course losing weight and gaining muscle naturally has helped too).

Just to share somethings that I've learned:
👉🏼 Swallowing a garlic clove "whole" is not the preferred method. Try smashing, chopping, cutting, mincing the clove first...THEN letting it sit for 10-15 minutes. This helps to activate all of the healing properties
👉🏼 That "minced" garlic that's sold in the jars....is NOT the same & does NOT offer the health benefits as FRESH garlic. I saw a jar in the dollar store and the expiration date was 2025!! Which means that the brine that encased it was chocked FULL of preservatives. As I ask my clients, "will fruit cocktail give you the same benefits as fresh fruit?"
👉🏼 There are tonics that you can make that incorporate FRESH garlic.
I grew tired of having to manipulate cloves of garlic every morning. So, I researched & came up with a recipe for a garlic "tonic" that works splendidly!
It includes FRESH garlic, FRESH ginger & other fresh ingredients that are minced & then stored in a glass jar in the fridge. The concoction yields a hearty amount, that is free of preservatives, & can be swallowed whole . Each morning my family swallows a teaspoon full of my home-made concoction & it works wonders!!!
👉🏼 If fresh garlic is hard to come by where you live...or if its too expensive....research how to grow your own at home. There are dozens of videos right here on YT that offer instructions. (Be sure to watch more than 1 video).
👉🏼 Heating garlic greatly diminishes its healing properties. It's best RAW. When you heat, sautee, roast or fry garlic, you're doing it for FLAVOR & not health benefits
Lastly, I wish everyone who reads this, good health & prosperity! Please be kind to 1 another! 💕💕💕💕

I started eating 4 cloves every four hrs for like a month as I was feeling quite Ill in my intestines especially & I found a very radical brown spot behind my ear. After eating cruciferous veggies, cutting dairy, wheat, sugar, and legumes, I healed. I also topically put frankincense and oregano oils on my spots. Well I started July 8th, it’s now Oct 24, 2023 and even my white hairs are changing from grey to my brown color! I had a nice clump on the front of my head and I can’t find it since it’s now turning back to brown. I am 48. Lotsa green tea and yes after a month I reduced to minced garlic (rests for 15 mins) and swallow with water on an empty stomach. Never using chemicals on my head ever again!! Oh I also did a water fast for 21 days initially. So grateful! ❤️

    Good for Cardiac Health
Allicin, a compound found in garlic stops the oxidizing of LDL (bad cholesterol).
This reduces cholesterol levels and improves heart health. Regular consumption of garlic reduces the incidence of blood clots and thus helps prevent thromboembolism. Garlic also lowers blood pressure so is good for patients with hypertension.
I think that garlic might be good for your arteries and blood pressure. When we eat garlic, the sulphur in it gets converted into a gas called hydrogen sulphide. This gas may help expand our blood vessels, which makes it easier to control blood pressure. However, it’s always a good idea to talk to your doctor about whether adding more garlic to your diet might be beneficial or not.

      Improves Brain Functioning --------
Garlic promotes brain health because of its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. It is effective against neurodegenerative diseases like Alzheimer’s and dementia.
      Improves Digestion --------
Digestive problems improve with the inclusion of raw garlic in the diet. It benefits the intestines and reduces inflammation. Eating raw garlic helps to clear out intestinal worms. The good thing is that it destroys the bad bacteria and protects the good bacteria in the gut.
      Balances Blood Sugar --------
Those who suffer from diabetes observe their blood sugar levels regulating the consumption of raw garlic.
Wards Off Cough and Cold --------
Raw garlic has the potential to ward off cough and cold infections. Eating two crushed garlic cloves on an empty stomach has the maximum benefit. For kids and babies, hanging garlic cloves in a thread around their necks is supposed to relieve congestion symptoms.
      Boosts Immunity --------
Garlic protects against free radicals and prevents damage to the DNA. Zinc in garlic promotes immunity. Vitamin C helps to fight off infections. It is very beneficial against eye and ear infections as it has antimicrobial properties.
      Improves Skin Health -------
Garlic helps prevent acne and lightens acne scars. Cold sores, psoriasis, rashes, and blisters can all benefit from the application of garlic juice. It also protects against UV rays and therefore prevents ageing.
Prevents Cancer and Peptic Ulcer -------
Because of a high amount of antioxidants, garlic protects the body against lung, prostate, bladder, stomach, liver and colon cancer. The antibacterial action of garlic prevents peptic ulcers as it eliminates the contagion from the gut.
      Good for Weight Loss -------
Garlic reduces the expression of genes responsible for the formation of adipose cells which store fat. It also increases thermogenesis in the body and leads to the burning of more fat and the lowering of LDL (bad cholesterol).
Apart from the fact that it is good for weight loss, garlic is highly nutritional. In fact, one clove of raw garlic, which is around 3 grams, contains:
      Manganese
      Vitamin B6
      Vitamin C
      Selenium
      Fiber
Amounts of calcium, copper, potassium, iron, etc.
      May Improve Athletic Performance --------
Garlic is considered one of the best ”performance enhancing” substances. In olden times, the item was used to treat fatigue and improve the work capacity of labourers.
Studies on rodents suggest consuming garlic helps in improving exercise performance. People who had heart disease consumed garlic for 6 weeks and this resulted in a 12% reduction in their heart rate and better exercise capacity.
