I bought my 2016 srx performance used with 19300 miles on it. I love how it handles especially in the rain.I do not like the cue system,it is non responsive to touch much of the time. It's the number one complaint with owners. Overall I really like the car
I got a 2016 with 64k miles and was serviced every time by local Lexus and etc dealership with every receipt in the glovebox. I was in the market for a replacement vehicle and needed 4 doors and SUV. It was just over my budget but it was and has been an excellent vehicle. I fine detailed the interior and exterior and sets it apart from the GM counterparts. As a naturally aspirated V6 300hp and low end torque it has plenty of power and beats similar classed vehicles easily.
What’s disappointing is that Cadillac did away with offering the 5.1 surround sound system in the 2011 or 2012 year. I bought a 2011 2.8T with every feature available at the time. It only has 31,617 miles on it so it’s technically still a kinda new car. The single most enjoyable feature I love is the surround sound system. My kids can watch movies on the rear video screens and I get to listen to my DVD-Audio collection on the go! I know everything has gone streaming and Bluetooth but the DVD-A is a higher resolution quality than streaming and Bluetooth so why not make it available? I’d had to upgrade to the Escalade if I wanted that capability which that’s too much for my blood. That said, even though I love my SRX it has been an absolute maintenance hog! The thousands I’ve spent on repairs has been aggravating to say the least. I just got it out of the dealer the first of January because of a timing belt issue. I cried when they told me how much the repair was but I had to have it done. I know it’s a 13 year old vehicle and things are going to wear out just simply because of age but this was a very well maintained not hardly driven SUV. As much as I love this thing I just think it was built on a Monday. It’s paid for so I’m going to trade it in this spring and let someone else take over the repair bills!
This is the one we bought same year. Wish I had gotten a 2017 because of Apple play. The Cadillac cue is awful. We have had electrical issues and had to have it replaced. Car looks hot but not having apple play AND that the cue will not allow you to text somebody if you have an apple phone. So yeah.. hard pass.
The best Cadillac suv my mom has a 2015 Cadillac SRX premium and it ride so smooth

My whole family has driven Cadillacs- I LOVE this car. I have these same rims. I hardly ever see anyone with them. They really bring out the car.
