Blue Collar Survival actually I have not, but when they moved buildings back in the late 90's I used to dig up buckets of free knives and their old building is now since been torn down and built over... I bet there are still thousands of knives buried underneath it tho
Soon or later, is going to fail. I saw that ten times, this knife is for other purposes, fighting, all around light tanks, ... camping? but doing batoning, choping, etc is going to brake for sure.
Yeah I know the rat tail tang isn't ideal for stuff like this. I just really wanted to beat on it and see what it could take not really recommending that you do stuff like this with a rat tail Tang, a Full Tang would be much better. What can I say sometime I just like to beat knives. Thanks man
Blue Collar Survival standard kabar has leather wrapped around a narrow steel tang, but because leather is soft material it does not support the blade-handle intersection during prying and a lot of the times the blade will break at the intersection. You can find such videos on TH-cam easy. But the Kryton handled kabar are much stronger in that way.

You would have easily broken this knife if it is the leather handle one.
