Ganzo gone gonzo!!! Field/abuse test. Can the Ganzo F7563 take the beating? Don't try this at home.

I'm a tattoo freak! I'm way more covered now. I grew up on Star Wars and love it

Today I had to bring a bunch of big flattened cardboard boxes I was done with to the on site baler at this factory I'm working. I get halfway there with like a stack of 30 boxes and realize they were hanging over the edge of the cart too much to fit through the only door I had to get through. Could have just carried them through bit by bit, but I decided to whip out my F7562 and slice the hanging edges off each box. That sucker sliced through every piece like butter. It was great lol.

+Magneticitist that's awesome lol. I don't Ganzo gets enough credit for their heat treat on their knives. My Ganzo's have always held an edge well and are gravy to sharpen.

Hell yea they are easy to sharpen, that's half of the value for me. They seem to sharpen as easily as 8cr13mov but hold the edge way longer. I first started using whetstones up to 2000 grit and took a good 5 to 10 minutes or so touching the edge up then I realized that's not really practical for what I use an EDC for most of the time. I'm cutting cardboard and shit and realized I can get it butter smooth enough with just like 5 to 10 passes total on a 750 grit diamond coated sharpener. Takes like 15 seconds lol.

+Magneticitist that's pretty much what I do. If it's banged up bad I break out the Ken Onion Work Sharp.

I loved doing those videos. But I can't afford to break perfectly good knives. The Ganzo surprised me. Thanks Bruce
