What about copy rights using A. I.? I am pretty sure I saw very similar if not identical drawing of snowman years back.
The law at the moment, November 24th 2023, authorizes the use and selling of AI generated images. On the other hand, it can’t be copyrighted, unless you alter the image sufficiently and can prove it . Beware that it needs to be altered enough or only the altered parts could be copyrighted .. but honestly, unless you’re trying to start a new brand, it’s not a real worry .. worst case would be that someone could copy you.. apart from that issue you can absolutely make items and sell them, except if you’d create images of copyrighted icons like a Mickey Mouse, a Homer Simpson’s, a Nike logo, ect. , … But you can totally do these for your personal use or gifts
