As for how you get to the last Noelle page you mention at the end: On d_a_m_n_y_o_u_t_e_n_n_a you click the TV and get to the white noise page. Then you scroll down. There are two nigh invisible buttons. The bottom one returns you to the greenroom. The top one brings you to a blue page. You scroll up. There is an ice palace. You click on the door. You are there. A few fun facts: When clicking on the chair, there is a 5 percent chance to get jumpscared by a pair of eyes. They are yellow and pink, reminiscent of Spamton or "Friend". Then you are thrown back to the start page. Also the track on the page is called "water.ogg", so it's most likely not a coincidence that people think of the ocean. Speaking of oceans, the d_a_m_n_y_o_u_t_e_n_n_a page also has a lot of interesting stuff. The white noise subpage is called "snow" and the text there "snow text". When you get to the blue page it's called "ocean" and the music playing is "ocean.ogg" a variation of the track playing when Kris enters the Dark World for the first time and when you are at the sea with Susie. The white pixels are called "ice" and considering the structure links to icepalace_glaceir it is fair to assume it is the structure in question. Also on this page the name of the page changes to "AREN'T YOU FORGETTING SOMETHING?" I don't go into theories here myself, but the link between snow, ice, oceans, dark worlds, dragon blazers and Noelle is interesting. There are also Japanese equivalents to all the pages. I haven't yet found any new information on those, hidden in nuance or such, but I'm not saying it's impossible. One thing I like to not is that everyone uses Kanji on the pages, including Noelle and Berdly. Kanji's aren't usually used in the light world. This could mean that this rule doesn't extend to external media, compromising some theories, like people basing their analysis of the special valentine's letter on the writing in it. On the other hand often times a lot of care is taken with that, even in external media. For example Undyne's card writes without Kanji, like she does in undertale. So make of that what you will. Finally, and this probably doesn't mean anything, but I find the variable that determines findher.ogg playing on Dess' page interesting. It's simply called "Dess". Since the music playing adds "playing" to the end of the variable on the sweepstakes pages, this changes the variable to "Dess playing". I find it interesting since this could literally mean "Dess playing [the guitar], implying Dess herself is playing the song. Again, could just be an accident but I found the thought interesting enough to mention. I compiled all of this by digging through the pages myself. If there is a mistake or someone wants to know more, please let me know - I enjoy this.

If someone wanted to, they could probably make a more than 3 hour long video out of this. For a series called "theory basics" I think it's fair to not mention every single miniscule detail. Even I, as someone who enjoys digging into details, enjoyed this a lot more than I would have a video that covers everything in its exhausting entirety.
One slight detail missed on the Chair sprite page, If you use the inspect key, you can see there's 3 sprites in total, 1 of the chair, 1 of the Black Mass, and 1 Simply labeled "Eyes". If you click and drag on the chair, this reveals that the third sprite is The "Friend" Eyes, Yellow and Pink. If you click very fast on it or a set amount of times, eventually the Chair will disappear entirely and be replaced by the Pair of Eyes, followed by a quick and sudden 2 Laughs before you get booted out of the page and back to the sweepstakes
i swear to god the "the game manual says its an evil spell but its actually just a bug they couldnt fix in time for release" is an actual thing for at least one game irl that i heard abt before the sweepstakes but IVE NEVER BEEN ABLE TO FIND IT AGAIIIIIN and it frustrates me to no end
Sonic 3 did something similar-- there are a few ways to get softlocked in that game using I-Frames that the US manual called "robotnik's diabolical traps" in order to cover up the fact that they're bugs :P

Might be worth an entry in this series
I’m predicting it now, the ice palace maze setup will be resolved in chapter 4 in a dark world at Noelle’s house that will be a mixture of the Dragon Blazers game and the many Christmas decorations in her home. The ice palace mace will be her messy garage/storage room filled with Christmas decorations, and Noelle will be the only party member who can find her way through the maze due both in part to it being a maze made from the junk in her own garage, but ALSO because she’s holding a flashlight, a tool designed for finding your way through the dark. By avoiding adding Noelle to your party, you will be able to get lost in the maze and encounter a hidden locked door, and the key to it will be in the light world at some point before entering the dark world. Feel free to keep this comment in mind once chapter 4 is out to let me know how close I was. And, for a bonus round, I’ll throw in my second theory about how Chapter 3 will lead into Chapter 4. Gas leak theory will be “confirmed”, but not in the way gas leak theorists think it will be, Toriel- a character with fire magic- and Undyne- a character weak to heat- will both be in the chapter 3 dark world, the weird route will involve Undyne getting turned to fried fish sticks, but regardless of route, the dark world will end with a house fire starting due to a “gas leak”, which will also be used by Susie to play off the dark world as a delirium induced dream, and the damage from the fire- which while not too severe- may require the house to undergo inspections and cleaning before it is safe to stay in, which is why Kris will end up at Noelle’s house and it still being consistent regardless of what route you did in chapter 2. The door being left open by Kris is to make it look like the dark world matter spilling out is black smoke, and Susie will be accused of starting the fire by Undyne (on the good route) due to being a known troublemaker, only for Toriel to come to her defence, furthering Susie’s positive development by having a positive parental figure treat her kindly. If both of these turn out true, please respond with “You truly are the master of collective human knowledge” (jk), but I’ll take only being right about the first section too.
