I really like the interpretation that the Holidays' Christmas theme could be partially to evoke a sense of nostalgia! it feels almost in parallel to the Dreemurrs, who I think a lot of players agree sparked a sense of nostalgia for Undertale enjoy your well-deserved break, and I look forward to the Noelle and Gaster video at whatever point you decide on releasing it!
Muses *command* their aspect *for others.* The Master classes (Lord and Muse) are fully attuned classes, commanding and embodying the full force of their aspect. Muses put this full force onto others, generally seeing themselves as unimportant witnesses to others' greatness, or, if they become more confident, the grand director lurking in the background. Noelle mostly allows herself to be walked all over, by everyone. She wants everyone else to be happy, and allows herself to be commanded by others as the path of least resistance to accomplish that. She doesn't attend to her own needs, and the end of the main route sees her building up the confidence to assert her own needs and tell Queen what she really wants. In Snowgrave, after the Dark World route is over, we see her hardened, more directly commanding her will through others, having truly internalized that force is all that matters. Hope is a theme that comes up a lot in deltarune. It is idealism, fantasy, and belief. I think Noelle has connections to these ideas, wishing "everything could be solved with a simple spell," and holding onto hope that she could find her sister again long after everyone else has seemingly given up. There's also a lot of Angel symbolism, which really has some Implications, but that's not really anything firm yet. 13:28
My Classpecting hunches for other characters: Kris: idk yet but they give off prince vibes. probably fighting something within themself. Susie: Commonly people call her a Knight of Rage because she protects her friends and protects herself with an emotional shell. I think that's either correct or not far off. Susie actually seems pretty into the idea of escaping reality (a very Hopebound idea) but she has Rage-coded attributes like being dismissive of Ralsei's pacifistic idealism, or of the idea that anyone can actually like her as a friend. She's quick to deny and dismiss anything she sees as false. However she also doesn't seem to understand that the Dark World characters can't be brought into reality, so there might be more drama there in the future. We'll see. Ralsei: Seer of Light, 100% absolutely definitely. He is the humble and helpful guide who never forces his opinion on anyone, and he believes in sticking to the greater script of the prophecy, which he is sure leads to the most fortunate outcome. He's definitely got some alarming connections to Void, though! Berdly: Page of Mind, probably. Pages are defined by big dreams of being the best who provides for those around them and Berdly sure has that, wanting to be the #1 student who graciously helps Noelle. He doesnt have the typical doormat attitude at first but when his bluster is knocked out, he definitely does fall down into that. Mind fits bc he is le epic facts and logic man. Starwalker: The Original Starwalker. Ummmm... Lord ... of Light. Yeah.
@@keaton5101Kris feels like a Bloodbound to me. Being the “leader” Kris would likely fit into Breath or Blood, and while Kris could be argued to be Breath as they likely desire freedom from us, I also feel like basically anyone would want freedom in that scenario lmao. Blood is also heavily tied to friendships and connections which are not only an integral theme to Deltarune, but also everyone seems to know Kris and at least is neutral towards them, with most people being friendly towards Kris. Blood also is related to fighting to resolve things rather than just leaving them be, and between actively removing us, the Soul, and creating a Dark Fountain in their own living room I’d say that part also fits Kris. And lastly Bloodbound are supposed to be great listener’s, which is basically 90% of what Kris does when interacting with others regardless of our actions as the player (like in interactions we know of from before Deltarune’s beginning). Im also a huge fan of Classpecting analysis, especially the Aspect part lmao. Literally just before watching this video I was dissecting the Aspect wheel and looking at tons of different groupings and pairings across it.
One of Noelle's interactions I like to highlight has her admit to Kris that the only people she feels comfortable saying 'no' to are Kris and her father. Her father is clearly dying, and may well not make it to even the end of the game. Which would leave only Kris. But in the Snowgrave route... she loses her ability to say 'no' to Kris. Or "Kris", at any rate. But either way, in that route she says she feels like she's getting stronger, becoming able to do things that she never had been able to do before. So long as "Kris" tells her to do so. What happens when a person can't refuse the things people ask of them, and can only prioritize listening to one person or the other? They get swallowed up by those around them. Deltarune is clearly very interested in the concept of autonomy and what it really means to have free will. So I don't think it's an accident that one of the routes essentially asks the question of whether someone who has lost the ability to say 'no' can really be considered to possess autonomy. After all, it's not like anyone - Kris, "Kris", or otherwise - actually _forced_ Noelle to do the things she did in the Snowgrave route. The closest is that one time Kris approached her with the lightning wall behind her. But even then there was no explicit threatening going on, as such...
It was a cool experience watching the Deltarune December! Just know that its the quality that really keeps the videos enjoyable so take any period of time you need for them, and take the break too. Also, really liked the connection between Christmas and nostalgia, Noelle is so often associated with mistery and spookiness due to her personality and "plot relevance" in the Weird Route is easy to forget she is also connected to the theme of escapism, and putting the chirstimas as a event of remembrance really helps round down her character and help round down her character with the main themes of Deltarune. Good stuff! Cant wait for the Gaster and Noelle video. Happy holidays and new year!
I have enjoyed the regular video output, but I am well aware that the pipeline of consistent content production is... difficult. I hope you enjoy your vacation as much as we have enjoyed this little challenge you've set forth for yourself!
TinFoil Hat theory: Noelle is actually the Vessel for the Angel and her Snowgrave move basically confirms that she is awakening to the abilities of the Angel themselves If this winds up being true and we have to fight her to stop this Angel's Prophecy it's gonna be sad man.... 😢
You're my favorite deltarune creator! I love your character analysis so im looking forward to whatever you're working on next even if it isn't deltarune related!

You've really outdone yourself with the comedic illustrations in this one, hahahah. Great video, well done. Have a great break, I'll be looking forward to whatever you've been cooking up when it's ready. Best wishes for the new year!
Okay this might be stretch but here some thing I thought about holidays and christmas stuff. There also a connect that deer or Cervidae atleast in European Christianity are seen as quite holy animals. With the famous connection being saint Hubertus, an hunter/poacher turn saint when God gave him a message to stop with the over hunting and the like. There also winter and the likes. Winter can symbolized unconscious mind, rebrith and dream and even light . As well as death, coldness, grimness and complete darkness. Something that really relates to Noelle and her family Again somewhat stretches, butbit Something on my mind Again
