TGIF Spinach Artichoke Dip Copycat Recipe | Spinach Artichoke Dip Recipe | *WCWF*

Hello everyone! Welcome to my channel! Today we'll be making a fan favorite spinach artichoke dip. This is a copy cat recipe from TGIF - super easy and quick to make. Great for the holidays to distract the guests from peaking into the kitchen to check if the main course is done :)
Ingredients
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 package cream cheese, room temp.
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1/2 tsp black pepper
Salt to taste
1 package (8 ounce size) frozen spinach, thawed and well drained
1 can water-packed artichoke hearts, drained, rinsed and chopped
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit. In a large mixing bowl, add all of the above ingredients. Make sure the ingredients are at room temperature.
2. Line a baking tray with foil, then grease a shallow baking dish. Add the dip mixture into the baking dish, sprinkling with grated mozzarella and parmesan cheese. Bake for 20-25 mins or until the cheese has melted completely and bubbles form. Put it under the broiler to lightly brown the top of the cheese as desired.
3. Serve hot with your favorite crackers, tortilla chips, or even toasted French bread.
