Hypotheticly...What if UGA, Clemson, Alabama and Miami all win the rest of their regular season games. Suppose then Bama beats UGA by 1 point in SECCG. Suppose then undefeated Miami loses by 1 to Clemson in the ACCCG. Miami would have already beaten ND as would have UGA. This would set up major issues with the 4 best teams possibly being 2 from the SEC and 2 from the ACC. I do not really think Miami will beat ND...but what if this scenario played out?
These commentators talk about Michigan not being that good that year, but Michigan was still a very solid team that didn’t have any losses to any inferior opponents. They did get beat badly by Penn State, but Penn State was a really good team in their own right, so I’m not sure what their problem with Michigan was.
And let me explain why Georgia is the best team... As we seen with Clemson, if you take their QB away they will get beat by Syracuse. If you look at any other team in the top 10 their success is based off ONE or maybe TWO players. If those players get hurt I bet you everyone would count those teams out. GA has DEPTH, we have already seen they have two QBs that can handle business. The depth at running backs is ridiculous, they play like 4 running backs so they stay rested. And the defense is just as fierce... Right now, Georgia has the best TEAM out, and Kirby Smart will win coach of the year hands down.
