Content is good however there is huge contrast in the music being played in the background and your voice everytime the music played I had to lower the volume everytime you spoke I had to raise the volume. It was such a tedious task toggling.
Mam can you please share an advice on how to work with such team mates who wants that decisions and things should always go in a way they want. And if that is not so, then they just stop working efficiently and whole heartedly and start criticizing leader's work??

Voice is good and audible to hear in Headphones. I know it's low without them, but she has perfect level of voice pitch. She just need to adjust her mike or set it to solve this problem.
