Finally tried it this morning and loved it! I'm already sore. It's a nice departure from the floor pilates. Will try the other wall pilates workouts too.I think it's good to have a variety because it keeps me interested and having fun. Thanks, Rachel.

I am getting back to a higher level of working out after battling with rheumatoid arthritis for years. Natural supplements and movement were key to me feeling better. I still have pain and limitations, but I simply work around it. Being strong and fit has saved my life many times. You are an inspiration and I am truly grateful that I found you!
