  • Take two! 🎬 Last Thursday, we ran into some unexpected technical issues during a LinkedIn Live event - there’s never a dull moment! This ‘glitch in the Matrix’ meant that attendees weren’t able to join our fantastic Salesforce Forecasting event via LinkedIn.
But don’t worry, as we’re giving everyone a second chance to enjoy the conversation, which will be streamed via our LinkedIn and TH-cam channels later this month. Here’s what you have to look forward to:
With a slick, modern interface and a wealth of new functionality, it’s a great time to familiarize yourself with Salesforce Forecasting - an effective tool for ensuring accurate predictions and driving ROI across a wide range of use cases.
Join Christine Marshall from Salesforce Ben, as she chats with Lizzy Hardwick Perruzzi and Claire McGonagle from Salesforce. Together, they’ll be covering the foundations of Forecasting, while highlighting key changes and sharing some handy best practices to help get you started.
Don’t forget to register so you don’t miss out, and please note, as this event has been pre-recorded, Christine, Lizzy, and Claire will not be able to respond to any real-time questions.

How do you configure the sankey chart on the opportunities pipeline inspection at 13:34? We have configured pipeline inspection but I don't see the Charts button for the Showing Forecast Categories View Option.

Hi there! You can’t edit the amount field in Salesforce as it is a standard field. For this scenario, you would probably need to create a custom field for product units. Hope this helps!
