Thanks for your help! I have a question though: It's possible to create a new Forecast Category? I have found the button New on the object manager but I wasnt able to find a way to create a new Status category - and also I can't associate to the ones already created. Do you have any solution or do I need to just change the labels?
Thanks for this video. Super explained. Though I can't seem to get it to work for me (Adjustment) I have setup the Forecast Hierarchy, of which I'm the Manager Yet, I'm unable to adjust the forecast of the Users just below me or even my own forecasts. The Pencil icon doesn't just show. I'm an Admin by the way with Allow Forecast permission
Had the same issue. Make sure the managers have the app permission of Override Forecasts enabled. Once I added that to a custom permission set and granted it to a manager, she could adjust the forecasts for those rolling up to her in the hierarchy.
@@rcdodd021 Thanks buddy. I went back and created a permission set for it. It worked Its kinda weird though since I'm a System Admin with the "Override Forecast" permission already.
