      No one has priority
Because of lack of road markings
But the layout and colour of the road suggest both drivers are entering the major road from minor roads and if that's true when two vehicles enter from aposing roads you
1- give way to vehicles already on road (there are none)
2 give way when turning right (which the cammer is)
So if anyone has priority it's not the cammer

#7 isn't very clear whose at fault. Because some 4-way traffic light crossing systems will be one direction goes at a time. Sometimes it's opposites will go together and then adjacent opposites will go together. Sometimes you'll have multiple lanes for turning where one direction will go and adjacent turning left only will go, so paths don't cross in that instance. It all varies, and the footage of these set of lights doesn't completely elaborate on the colour of other three directions of travel.

No lanes, no markings, no traffic lights, but the other driver did NOTHING wrong aside from maaaybe hesitate a little, perhaps the turn was tighter than they expected. BUT, they were executing their turning maneuver before you entered the junction, you then have the audacity to honk and swear at them because you couldn't be bothered to slow down to let them finish their maneuver. The cherry on top is that the driver asks "I had right of way didn't I?" The passenger then correctly says "technically he does". How about showing other road users a bit of respect instead of honking and swearing at them because you don't wanna slow down.

5:24 (or #9): Ok while the BMW may have accelerated too hard and possibly crested the speed limit, those pedestrians should NOT have been crossing at that time. That was a light controlled crossing, you can see the boxes where you need to push the button and lane marked for pedestrians (which they didn't use) and the light was green for the cars, meaning the light was RED for the pedestrians. The BMW had to swerve to avoid hitting pedestrians because both BWM AND said pedestrians failed to follow basic road safety. You can even see that last pedestrian just gives no fucks, doesn't even try to clear the road a little faster to avoid getting hit, just continues their casual stroll across a main road in-front of oncoming traffic. If the cam car avoided the last person that narrowly, the BMW would have had to swerve or break hard anyway to avoid hitting them regardless if they were breaking the speed limit or not. What's more, at the very start of this clip you can see another pedestrian quickly making their away across a section of the road that had just turned green instead waiting at the island like they should have. I blame the pedestrians here as much as the speeding BMW.

@1:25 You are in a potential killing machine, and I bet they were on their phone, defiantly not looking where they are going
@1:50 it looked like the biker was going to overtake on the inside, this is a megga nono! not only do I hope they were ok, BUT I hope they have learned a valuable lesson
@3:44 to me that looked like chaos, did anyone look at the lights???
@4:32 looking at it from both sides, whilst its obvious the taxi is in the wrong, its easily done, they may have looked and only seen pedestrians, as you may have been blocked by them, personally I would have taken it a bit easier to ensure the taxi saw me.

A lot of lorry/HGV delivery drivers are the worse ever drivers, don’t look properly and often blame poor visibility. The biggest ever culprit in collisions/ near misses is using a phone while driving. When is it people NEED to learn to STOP using your phone while driving. It’s easy, just wait until you’ve pulled over.

The road the other car came from (Coppice St) now has give way markings and the road the cammer came from (B3091) doesn't - the road both were heading into is also the B3091 so cammer may have had priority but without markings probably legally the other car was okay to since it entered the junction first? Cammer just needed to slow and make it a non-event either way.

According to the Highway Code, nobody has priority at an unmarked crossroad. There are general right-of-way principles that can be used, although they are not hard and fast: 1 First come, first served, 2 right-turning traffic gives way, 3 large vehicles go first. In this case the cammer should give way because of 1 and 2.

@ChrisCaaa A judge would call it as I just have; when the red light shows you stop at the stop line. If you are beyond the stop line then you continue as is to clear the junction. There is no grey area with that one, either you were before the stop line or had passed it.
If your light turns green it means go if it is safe to do so, you still need to let traffic clear.
