I have been asked to show and do a food recipe for my Arowana. As some people wonder what goes into making the recipe for my Jardini, so here it is. I hope you like it!!
Hi Madness, just want to swing by and say thanks for the recipe. I am currently using this recipe(tilapia instead of basa) on my jar and I have notice the difference on cost for food. The only thing that I didn't like was it dirty up the water kinda fast. But again THANKS for the awesome recipe.
Do you just take it ou of the freezer and throw the frozen cube into the water? or is there a way to prepare it first before throwing it in ?.. :) thanks
hey madness, my pearl arowana is about 4 inches and its colour is a bit silvery blackish and has a dark blue tail, will it become golden when it grows up?
Hi! Thanks for sharing this, i have seen on some other video adding a couple of mashed garlic cloves and about 10grams of boiled green peas skin removed, any ideas on this? Thanks
I can't see any reason why they wont eat unless its water quality or the fact they have been raised on live food. If they were fed on live you may want to starve them a couple of days and retrain them on normal food.
You can use normal boneless basa fillets. Just up the ante on the carrots/spinach or sweet potato by say 20 grams. That will make up for the natural carotene lost from the salmon fillets. However if given a choice variety is preferable to give the fish a more balanced diet.
The light he used is one factor, Jardini usually develop golden pigmentation during their 9-15 inches stage and will ultimately fade away around later in their life and turn grey.
Thank you brother. I was afraid the frozen food might make them uncomfortable or anything similar. Will definitely give your recipe a go. But sadly he's on a hunger strike at the moment hasn't had anything to eat for the past 2 days after the major change of environment. Any tips ?
He rarely if any goes on a hunger strike and if so there would be a problem with the water as he naturally eats if he is comfortable. I had him on hunger strike when he wanted only live food (crickets) at one stage and nothing else however he eventually ate frozen food after 3-4 days. It is about 8-9 years old.
Sam is arguably one of the best looking jardini. definitely grand champion material . I Don know why but I feel so happy and sound that he has an owner like u. U have been a great help . Thanks brother .
I'm not gonna lie that's the most beautiful arowana I've ever seen

Awesome recipe. I've been thinking about making food for my Jar, right now he eats prawns, tilapia and a pellet staple. Sam looks great too.
Thank you for sharing with us this great little recipe!

Wow, your aro eats better than I do
May look fancy but the reality is that the food is alot cheaper than the ones I buy from the aquarium shop.

Is that the golden or the pearl jardini?
But you didnt show that you feed your recipe to your Arowana I wonder if the Arowana will take it.
Hey madness I was wondering if I could feed this to gold or silver Arowanas
can i use blender as a substitute for the processor?
👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
What kind of blender do you use to puree your fish food ?
That is a magimix food processor but any kind will do.
Thanks
Can i ask what light did you used ?
Do you boil the shrimp first or just raw?
Alfeus Liman raw
When grading do I need to defrost to my silver arowana
How does the food get so green with only 10grams of spinach? i tried making the recipe but the food is more orange, from the salmon and sweet potato
I made my own recipes off this and added half cup of spinach
Wow, arwana yang sangat bagus
I've done a similar thing before but it just goes to a cloudy mess in the water
hey boss will these recipe help for an red aro ??.,n what if they dont eat it ??

Once you grind everything will turn into paste when put in water it completely gets spread in water how are you making it stay solid to feed the aro
place it into ice cubes into the freezer. then once solid feed it frozen.
Great vid man but i do feel a little
Sick now lol!
Where did you learn this move?
Does it float or sink
Ini jardini ya?
is there anything else i can use besides salmon? Just because its a bit on the pricey end

hey there! i have a hbrtg arowana can i feed it with you recipe?
How do u prevent your fish from from having a drop eye!?(T^T)
What can be the substitute for pink salmon as not available where I live
you can just add more prawns to replace the quantity lost from salmon
hi does the salmon make the water oily?
My fish eats the food whole quickly. There is very little opportunity for it to settle in the water anyway to have anywayto be an issue.
Hello kind sir, I have a juvenile 7 inch gold and a 12 inch gold blue base . can i feed them frozen food? will it hurt them ?

Shin Chipowski red tail golden crossback
Shin Chipowski Blue base crossback
Lux food but your jardini still ordinary but never changes
How come your Arowana Jardini is almost platinum Gold? I've never seen one like that before?
The light he used is one factor, Jardini usually develop golden pigmentation during their 9-15 inches stage and will ultimately fade away around later in their life and turn grey.
@@nakornnuntasukasame4692 Still it's very nice. Didn't know they went like that...👍

Chop it up into smaller pieces. You may need to wean into eating the food by starving them for a couple of days if it doesn;t eat it.
Thank you brother. I was afraid the frozen food might make them uncomfortable or anything similar. Will definitely give your recipe a go. But sadly he's on a hunger strike at the moment hasn't had anything to eat for the past 2 days after the major change of environment. Any tips ?
They will eventually eat. Be prepared to remove unwanted food when feeding and keep up good water quality.
Gender : MaLe
Wow so many work.....just go buy new life spectrum fish food....got more nutrient
How old is Sam . And what's his longest hunger strike and how frequent ?
He rarely if any goes on a hunger strike and if so there would be a problem with the water as he naturally eats if he is comfortable. I had him on hunger strike when he wanted only live food (crickets) at one stage and nothing else however he eventually ate frozen food after 3-4 days. It is about 8-9 years old.

Arowana is an endangered fish. You are posting evidence that you killed an endangered animal and ate it.
