Fun fact, Altair was going to originally have a crossbow, but because of historical inaccuracies they changed it for the throwing knives
Yes, Ubisoft once cared about the games to be historically accurate
In fact, they removed it because the testers used the crossbow to crash the game and since ubisoft did not know how to fix the error, they removed it and then it was the players and the video of curiosities that distorted the story.
@@elweegee3575 yeah. A lot of people, myself included, used to think it was because of historical innacuracy. But in fact it was because of how broken the crossbow was. Ubisoft decided not to bother spending resources on fixing it and put out a statement saying that it wasn't historically accurate in the first place.

Well made! Tell me the truth, have you installed a mod on AC1 to make enemies do hilarious things? Oh, I think you can also throw multiple knives at once in AC2 (or Brotherhood)
Throwing multiple knives at once will also insta kill enemies so that you don't have to throw heaps
no i haven't installed any mods, actually i bought a new gaming pc, and this is happening with ac 1 since then

I think the Hidden Gun from Ezio Auditore Da Firenze is the BEST Weapon because ALL Enemies dies with One Shot! Except Rodrigo Borgia, Cesare Borgia and the Janissaries! 👍

I will never forget that I went through all of Brotherhood and 7 and a half sequences of Revelations without knowing you could lock on targets with Crossbows (yet I knew for the poison darts and hidden gun for some reason????)

Are you playing perhaps on windows 11? I've never seen AC1 behave like that, it could be some compatibility issue with the new operating system

I don't know about other AC games, but in Syndicate you can aim and if you aim the knives at the head, anyone dies in a oneshot

Or even more accurate a fucking tank and a bomber soooo accurate air rifle in Rogue is not accurate since it was invented decades later also really weird that blunderbuss was invented in 1840 and rifles in AC brotherhood? (Only enemies) smoke bombs? 1848 so all ezio trilogy and most AC's WRONG i could go on but nah

In ac 2 I always get confused with the throwing knives, one time I throw 2 knives but the guard died on the first and the other time I threw 1 knife and the guard didn't die

I never played Ezio's trilogy, but I think that by Revelations' time he had the best, most versatile equipment out of all the other assassins, but Connor could hold the most bullets and he had the rope darts. Imo Unity's phantom blade should've never been made, way too loud imo. We ought to have the throwing knives back with more or less damage depending on where we aim They should give us the ability to choose between the hidden gun and carrying pistols or muskets, and the ability to choose between have both hidden blades again like Connor, or having the hidden blade on the left arm and Ezio's hook blade on the right. They also should let us assassinate enemies quicker by bringing back the animation of stabbing them in the neck immediately when we tackle or hit them down to the ground, with no unnecessary spinning animations either. Unity's introduction of that stupid swinging arm animation before you stab them costs precious time, allowing an enemy to shout for help, push Arno off, or kill him before his blade meets their throats.
Hence why if you look Arno wraps his hand over their mouth and holds them in a way that they can’t break easily. Also the flourishes are in high profile mode and help keep momentum while still dealing the damage needed.
Edward was just built different Dual swords and 4 Pistols he was ready for anyone
Edward is imo the most versatile assassin out there. He can literally do anything and fight with anything while easily adapting to any situation.
He is a jack of all trades and he has amazing feats for any aspect of an assassin or a pirate.
Stealth- has sneaker past an ISLAND of assassin's and in a different occasion he has stolen a massive ship under the nose of his enemies
Combat- Has survived an assassin assault while killing multiple of them and as Blackbeard says he can easily take a while galleon like it's nothing ( thus the fighting like the devil part)
IQ - He can make a plan that works for any situation
Versatility - He knows his limits and uses the cards that he has been played as good as he can ( He knows El Tiburon is a risk to fight normally so he uses gunplay against him )
Idk man. This guy just has charisma on charisma. He really deserved a second game or a spin off

Pirate* cowboys only had 1, or on rare occasions 2 pistols, idk how you could get the two confused

@@Manoj_Kumar1973 it's a common thing that pirates or even sailor have more than 2 pistol at holster because on ship fight it's really the one who has the speed and firepower to overwhelm the enemy

Unity's ammo capacity is based off your clothes. you can store a lot of ammo with certain pieces of high end gear

Assassin's Creed Unity has several items that are very useful in certain occasions, such as the Poison Gas Bomb, the improved Phantom Blade and Arno's Pistol, which has a capacity of up to 6 shots per reload.
The throwing knives and guns in syndicate could kill any enemy in one hit if you aimed at the head
Also, last i checked, Evie could carry twice as many throwing knives as Jacob, and all of Jacob's quickshots were headshots, so they killed instantly. This was when certain skill upgrades were completed.

U forgot to mention bombs make a comeback in black flag after being removed in ac3 even tho smoke bomb appears in the video of black flag section.
Also i believe u can borrow the official long rifle in ac3 just that its a temporary weapons
