@@robertrichman6873 yes..I figured after I googled him it was actually an American playing a British person. Thanks for the info.. I kind of felt stupid after I found that out LOL
@@ilayohana3150 yes he's cured. He got the cancer in 2010, he had chemotherapy treatment right after they wrapped up the shooting of Dexter season 4. He wore a wig in Dexter season 5.
Simply just beautiful! Thank you Michael Hall for singing Bowies song and for adding your own touch to the song. God bless you David!...You're truly missed!
My girlfriend just got me watching Dexter since she’s watched it before. I’m one season in now and after seeing how almost emotionless and cold he is for the most part it seems so special to see him on a stage and seeming to be really into music and being this tribute to Bowie. It’s amazing. He’s amazing in the show so far and Michael C Hall is so interesting himself outside of Dexter it’s crazy.
I watched the first season of Dexter. I will never watch another. Never, never, never. Strangely, this video is easier to watch than David Bowie's. Both are so dark, but Bowie singing while waiting to die..... I love them both. Rest in Power, David Bowie. You left us so much. Looking forward to Micheal C. Hall career - when he is finished with Dexter.
L. R. McKenzie same goes.this is all i can manage.maybe one day.i dont know when. pure genius to write an album on "" the life of death "". just wish it wasnt my beloved Bowie.
What a beautiful rendition of the song by the whole band, and Michael C. Hall. He went through his own cancer situation and I feel Bowie was proud of the production!
Jeff Barker I know it's been a year but if you have the time would you mind explaning in as much drtail as you can the musical, what happens in it and what you thought of it? Pretty please
So excited to see Michael perform in London, had my tickets the day they went on sale, such an amazing guy and I think it's even more special to know Bowie himself approved of Michaels performance.
Just returned from seeing Lazurus and I was so impressed with the casts' singing, they did a great job with Bowie's songs and created a lasting memory for me
tears came to my eyes...this is so a vibration being close to death and being okay with it... It's almost Heavenly, but it's sad... I have there often in my life... After my brain injury I go there every time I get too tired, how amazing to go there again with this song...
I didn't know of Michael Hall til I saw this video on Lazarus, and I'm sold. He honors Bowie by performing his music. It's magic. I didn't think anyone could carry it off, but MC does. Thank you thank you thank you!
I'm completely lost. There was a Lazarus musical? I never watched Dexter, so I don't know this guy. He sounds great. I was on here to watch the Lazarus video, but came upon this. What is this?

Michael C. Hall is so damn underrated. He's amazing. His voice, his facial expression, the way he moves...
Dexter is six feet under, great actor indeed
Absolutely! He's amazing as an artist/actor! Has definitely made an impression on me!
