    Bro how to handle knowledge base answering because when i set website as a knowledge base, the answers that I get while testing are too long but i want that answer from the knowledge base should be in 50 words…. Does it need an AI task , if yes then how do i set an AI task to achieve this ? If you just tell me the AI task Input, it would be very helpful….Thank You

    Sir ye steps use kar ke...same answers bot 2 bar throw kar rha hai..i request please tell me what to do in this case.

      You should go to Agent-> Knowledge Agent ->Answer Manually(Advanced), and enable this option.
