hi, thanks for the tutorial, im new makin bots , i follow all instruction steo by step, but when a test the flow retrive thats "No content matched the query" i suspet that have something to do with the knowlodge base, but have no idea why its falling, also starts a new loop. if possible to gel any help?
Sorry if it's a stupid question, it's the first time I've seen this about chatbots, but where do you get the information to give the answer when you ask about a recommendation and you respond with a text about a sofa?
No question is stupid! I created an imaginary company and asked ChatGPT to write information about this imaginary "company" like it would appear on a website. I took the information and pasted it within a document and then added the document to Botpress as a knowledge source. I hope this helps! The other 2 are for the loop, so if the user were to ask something from the previous messages, the chatbot can remember the previous message and understand the context of the conversation. Hope this helps!

Hey Lowe, I rebuilt your bot - to be more precise, the question-path. It works quite good. For the question path I was looking for an fallback. As I understood, you implemented at the AI-Task an instuction for a fallback, (...If there is no answer, come up with a way to tell the user that you cannot find an answer to their question.). But my bot doesn't come up with an answer. He just goes on to the Question-Loop. And if I try to implement an Fallback the way you suggest in this video (th-cam.com/video/HrYla_hTP0E/w-d-xo.html), I doesn't work properly. Since I'm a beginner I'm stuck there. Thanks for your help
