That is just in development mode. You need to switch it to live. Then as of this year, you need to have a registered business to get it working. Data security and privacy. Many people are unable to use chatbots because of this on their business page. If I am wrong and you know a workaround for this - let me know.

hi there, firstly great video. i managed to go as far as receiving the test message, however it is showing the From Test Number and not the bot name i linked from Botpress, what did i do wrong?
Awesome vid! I tried it out and so far so good. I noticed though with multiple choice that if there are more then 2 or 3 choices it comes out on the client side as a little 'Choose..' button which needs to be clicked first before getting presented with all options. Can we avoid this step and just display the full menu to the client without then having to first click 'Choose..' ? Other bot tools do it in this way. The extra click seems unnecessary? Thanks again!

My Client has a car dealership business and I built a chatbot for whatsapp and instagram using botpress where customers can select any car to buy. He has several employees and I want that whenever chatbot user clicks on the button that he is interested in a car, and one of the employees gets notified and then my employee can continue the chat in the bot.

Test whatsapp account got banned immediately after I added whatsapp as a product to the app, no explanation given whatsoever... worst part is I cant even delete the test whatsapp account, any suggestions for the next steps forward?

Try making another bot using start from scratch template & set up the WhatsApp API again. I was facing the same issue because of using learn botpress template as it was my first bot.. This worked for me.

I did finally. You need to go to Agents --> Knowledge Agent --> Configuration --> switch Answer Manually

Can you please do the same for Voiceflow. Many people moved over from Botpress to voiceflow and a video like that would help many out there.
