Love the content man! Please keep it up. The way you break everything down makes it so much easier to follow!

Can’t wait for my Nuns and Bo to arrive! I’m trying to develop skills for further roles in TV/Film. These videos are so informative and you make it look way easier than it is!!! Lots of garden practice coming up with your videos methinks.

That’s awesome! I’m excited for you too! One day soon you’ll be better known than Jet Li and the Rock put together! Keep training and keep shooting for the stars! Spin the bo, swing the chucks, and break a leg!

Did you get your weapons?!? How are they?

You look like one of those fit grandpa's (like my taekwondo teacher). Got probably 5 year old grandkids yet still spinning sticks like Bruce Lee! You got none but you remind me of them.

Hahaha. Yes. All but the grandkids part. I started late so my kids are young. Keeps me kicking!

I'm loving these videos! I haven't practiced with Nunchucks in over 15 years. After watching a few of your videos I'm excited about it again and will buy another pair. I couldn't practice with the foam ones because of the lighter weight I discovered it was too easy to hit myself with them. AWMA doesn't seem to have quite the selection that they used to. Do you have any recommendations for a martial arts supplier?

It’s the Covid. It hammered out industry hard and the suppliers are barely able to stay open. All their customers, the schools like mine, have been hit hard. Forty percent won’t last til the end of 2021. Anyway, century had the same issues but in the last few weeks they have started to get resupplied of their staples like chucks and other weapons. I talk to both century and awma and they are both scrambling to stay alive. Try again now and see if they are better able to restock their wares. Great lesson, Matt! So in martial arts, we often practice stances, with turns and using things like positive or negative rotation to block or attack. How might we use turns in some of these lessons with nunchuks? Opponents behind, beside and or in front? Really like the lessons. Thanks!

Awesome Mr. Matt, but won't you be doing the live sessions anymore?

I've been training with mines, but I'm trying to figure out if I got the right ones for me or the right size. I'm 6'3 with long arms. I have a video short on my channel with me training. I want to make more with me improving.
