Thought I would give you the heads up just incase you didn't know before fitting the turbosmart actuator chuck the mounting bracket it comes with in the bin and cut the bracket off of the OE actuator you are swapping it with!
As the turbosmart bracket is inferior and tends to bend/warp causing boost issues 👍
Also when fitting the new inlet manifold you might run into issues with it rubbing/hitting the alternator some do some don't if it does purchase yourself a thermal spacer to fit a long with a new gasket!
Also beware of the injector rail mounting holes as some of them strip easy AF! on some of the copy inlets same with the ECU mounting bracket holes on the side too!
And while you got the inlet off blank the secondary boost control solenoid at the rear (you have to leave it plugged in electronically or it will throw up codes!) as it only limits boost in 1st and 2nd most people blank it off anyways it simplifies the setup and also gives you full boost in 1st and 2nd then and instead you can use the vac line as the feed for your boost gauge 👌

Thanks, is the original bracket easy to mod then?
Thanks for the heads up on the bolts too 👌

@@ken_accelerate no problem! yeah pretty easy as the OE actuator bracket is secured with rivets cut them off and drill out the two holes for the turbosmart actuator to fit 👍

The z20leh can be a great engine ❤Things to watch out for; m32 chocolate box, valve stem seals, turbo seals and penny valve, leaking rocker cover gasket, hydraulic lifters (all vaux) Also them inlet manifolds and weird thermal gaskets scream pre detonation to me. AFR gauge is a must

I've heard that is caused as the face is sometimes not perfectly flat

Better is other turbo...gtx2860 gen 2 for 300ps+...with less boost (0,9 bar), with stock inlet manifold....because lower backpressure turbine of turbo
