Crazy how the price changed in 1 year. I just bought the same one today for $409 and that's before tax. Question, is your front wheel drive weak? Like, you're actually pushing a whole lot more than it's pulling? It's so weak on mine

Yea, I saw the price has gone up a lot! Kind of like my food bill. Anyway, as far as the front wheel drive goes, It's not the best I have ever had, but it works pretty well. I don't have any hills on my lot. It may be kind of wimpy in that situation. On the over all, it has been a really good mower so far. Sorry to hear you're having trouble with yours.

ya it got a lot of bad reviews on the Craftsman website from customers saying the wheels only spin when you lift the wheels off the ground hahahahaha. then when they're on the ground it works like a regular push mower and doesn't drive the mower at all. And the price is now $439.

I do still have it. It has been a really good mower for me. I agree I have had mowers with better front wheel drive, but I've been pretty happy with it over all.

@@joyfulpast ya, the FWD is what I wanted to ask about. On the Craftsman website, customers are complaining it works poorly or not at all right out of the box. Some say the wheels spin only when you raise them off the ground and when their on the ground, they don't drive the mower. If yours is doing the same thing, you should put your review on their website so they know.

@@mrbubetube The front wheel drive works just fine. I am very happy with it. It worked well out of the box and it works well now. It is not as powerful as some I have had in the past , but it is still good on my mower.
