Making functional ram air headlights

In this short i show some of the process of how to make ram air headlights. Specifically we built these on the Hyundai genesis coupe but this will work on any headlight.

Just put a filter in there so you don't get leaves and dirt build-up on your intake.

How did you make the lip?

its painted, when we recleared the lens we pre painted the gloss black ring on it. some people will put carbon fiber on it and then Clear everything in which looks so sick!

@@zaccook Ohh ok gotcha. Thanks for the quick reply on an old video. I’m gonna have to give this a go with a set of BMW E90 headlights. They have cornering lights which is pretty useless in my opinion, so they would be perfect.
