This video turned into an expensive one real quick 😳 Thank yall for watching! What should we catch and cook next? 🎣🤔 Static Seasoning - staticseasoning.com
Bro come to FL link with me I'm starting a TH-cam channel I get on the sheep's head flounder trout and mostly reds I got good content good fish and good cooking
Second day fishing brought more excitement for sure🤩, loved the video man! Didn't see any boats sail by though 🤨was waiting for that to happen🙄! Keep them awesome videos coming! Got here new subscriber, filmmaker fisherman from Kazakhstan 😉👍🖐
A tip for you. Use a slip bobber rig so u can adjust the depth. I use one, so you can float it by all the dock poles fast when ur in a new spot. You will find that you can eliminate the so called bad or dead docks. For some reason you will find sheepshead have that special dock. Bobber rig , give it a try, also play around with weights. Some days they dont want to eat weighted baits. Love the videos.
Way to go. Glad you finally got the monkey off your back and caught your sheep. Keep up the awesome content. Love watching your videos. I even tell friends and family about you
Love that y show that fishing can be hard ur a real dude thanks for that, and if i can give good advice on pick up by a Nissan y wont regret it reliable and better on fuel than ford or chev both look nice but reliability is not that great on their electronics and gearbox nissan way more practical in todays economy, thanks again for ur awesome uploads hope ur reach 700k this year
Loving your videos from the yak. That second spot where you caught the sheeps at that bend on Christopher Creek is one of my go to's. Good redfish action too and I've caught keeper flounder in the summer behind the sandbar that's just around that bend. There's a deep bend about 600 yards back that can hold trout.
Sometimes when they're finnicky/shallow i just tie a size 1 octopus hook to 15-20lb flouro with a split shot 4"-6" from the hook. You want to cast up current of the pilings and let it drift down past them until you see slack in the line or you see the line swimming off. Another tip, the pilings with the black plastic sheathing over them hold far fewer sheepshead because the plastic deters oysters and barnacles from settling there. Rocky shorelines like in the second half of the video definitely seem more productive than the grassy/muddy kind for sheeps.
Best advice i could give you rig wise is a smaller circle hook 10-15lb clear leader around 2 1/2-3ft long murky water you can get away with a little thicker leader if you're using braid be very generous with you're drag as they like too dive and run into smaller spaces barnacles will fray you're line and cause you too loose countless fish also try fishing bigger structures like bridges or deep water pylons
FSF videos are always good, but these last few videos have been awesome, it's so good to see you back on your foot properly! Never change dude, your stuff is so genuine and you keep it real! 😊
okay so i just got a rod, but oops. it’s a boat rod, now im worried, cause my rod doesn’t have a lure rating, its a medium heavy rod fast action. but its a “boat” rod. can i still cast with it. am i supposed to use a heavier weight to make it cast able. i can’t afford another rod right now, but i also don’t want to waste my time if its not good for casting. any tips or advice. it’s a 7ft rod.
The only time I've ever caught Sheepshead was in Northern Florida right off the beach with sand fleas on a hook. The trick to preventing the sheep's head from biting the hook off was to use a 6 or 8 inch steel leader
Chevy is stronger then a ford yes diesel is the most expensive to fix but had better gas mileage then gas. I trade you a 3005 GMC Sierra 2500 for your. 😊
when your throwing your bait at the pilings your reeling in to much you want it to sit exactly by those pilings so reel a little less when your hitting them
I have been a long time viewer of your channel. I haven't seen you catch and cook Snook. When will you do one. I can promise you that it is the best Florida has to offer. Besides tuna
I think it would be cool if you did a quick video of all the different rigs you use. As someone who loves to fish I honestly don't know how to set up a lot of different things.
Use sand fleas or green crabs. Ive also heard to put crab on an smash it... It also seemed like when tide was going out u did better. I think sheepshead is good because they eat crusteations
Hey man, in my experience, the rain and influx of freshwater will cause the fish to move to more salty water. If we’ve had heavy rains up here, I won’t even go into the brackish creeks until it’s leveled back out to normal.
What kind of kayak is that? I keep seeing them on videos. Is there some kind of add on where you can pop in an electric motor in place of the 'wheel crank' or whatever it is called...
I can’t wait until you come home to make some videos. I would kill to fish with ya. I wanna take you for some snakeheads. Which I’m surprised you haven’t targeted down there
If ur fishing pilings and have the ability’s scrape some of the barnicles off not too many it’s like chumming for sheaps head use the back of a hammer don’t use a weight or if u do use a little little weight so it looks like it floats down with the barnicles
Love your videos my brother, just one question, what do you actually like to eat because none of your catch and cooks are enough food for even one person much smaller than you, just out of curiosity do you even really like to eat fish???
@ElijahMcgeorge nah, and you know you're just talking lol. Brand new truck? I still run a 1996 Ford Mustang at Beech Bend, 727hp on the dino, the original engine that Koenigsegg used 😂
All that just to keep one fish🤣 I've been fishless for months in the The Bay Area California. Either I catch and release or catch my limit of whatever species I'm targeting. And I'm only going for limits now
This video turned into an expensive one real quick 😳 Thank yall for watching! What should we catch and cook next? 🎣🤔

Try pike up north they're very good tasting
@@montrealfishing4762 I don't think I've ever caught one before! Definitely on my list
You should catch a nice lake trout and cook it up.

Off kayak and land
I audibly said noooooo when you let the 17 go. Family looked at me funny. If the the limit is one I get it. Cheers
Yeah that 17 inch going free even hurt me😂
Tier List of Catch and Cook as like an “End of Year” recap in December would be cool.
I like that idea!
Legit inspired me to go out and fish way more!!! Glad you are back and doing well!!! Missed watching your videos!
For sheep’s head try a bobber with a foot long leader
Second day fishing brought more excitement for sure🤩, loved the video man! Didn't see any boats sail by though 🤨was waiting for that to happen🙄! Keep them awesome videos coming! Got here new subscriber, filmmaker fisherman from Kazakhstan 😉👍🖐
Alright man just bought your seasoning to try it out. Thanks for all the videos and contents!!!
Thanks so much! Lemme know what you make w it!!
The bridge next to the boat launch is good for sheepshead fishing I’ve caught some nice ones there too
Quoting sketch was so funny did not expect that Tuesday Tuesday 😂
Woooo sheepshead is a great fish.

Love the vids you help me all the time when I go out fishing keep doing what your doing
You should do an 8 hour vid on a charter boat and show the highlights of what you catch.
That would be fun to watch 🤔💯👍
i love catfish for 3 reasons. #1- there is no minimum size limit. #2- there is no catch limit. #3- they are freaking delicious.
I've had my best luck with sheepshead on deep rocks. The ends of jetties in February is usually a good bet. Live shrimp is usually a good bait.
U gotta go King fishing again. Great video

It’s the curse. Of the Chevy.😆
Love your videos, some fishermen scratch a little bit of the piles and remove some barnacles and they catch a lot of sheepshead.
Great day when first state uploads

Just caught over 1000lbs of sheephead today with friends, made for an epic day!
saltwater gar would be a good catch and cook
I like the kayak fishing .would like to see you fish for a flathead catfish catch and cook..
Nice first catch. 👍🏾You been was patient😅

Thats Egans creek
Try some canned whole kernal corn for the sheeps. Its a low key bait not many people use. Just chum a little with it first.
i like the kayak vids the most
The music he uses when he gets a gosh is typical gamers music that he plays when he is playing Fortnite in his old vids.
Best channel ever yup!
Dang Chevy's. Should have bought a GMC! LOL
My first fish I caught was a peacock bass ! Really amazing on their designs

If u are ever in Jacksonville again need to go towards Fernandina there are a couple of spots there u can try
Also if u go to any neighborhood near marshlands u can catch a ton of fiddlers which save u on money
when your throwing your bait at the pilings your reeling in to much you want it to sit exactly by those pilings so reel a little less when your hitting them
Good video! That is the first creek that I ever went kayak fishing in.
Woah that’s cool! Thanks!

Cool of you for putting the other one back homie, even tho you didn’t have to. 👍
the things you call toad fish here in malaysia we call it ketutu fish and it meat taste goooodd!!! you should try it

Hit up some trout fishing this season, maybe on the fly
Let’s go!!! 🛶 🎣
Yeah…Chevy mechanics stay busy. 😂
Love the video. Try catching alligator gar👀
Shoulda got a ford lol kidding bro love the vids
Whiting/sea Mullet is my top pick.
Try it again but you have a bottom pre-rig redfish setup and trade out the hook with a 3/0 circle hook moneyyy all the time
Also, take a rope with you next time and put it on the side of the kayak and put a rope around post
What kind of kayak is that? I keep seeing them on videos. Is there some kind of add on where you can pop in an electric motor in place of the 'wheel crank' or whatever it is called...
That’s a more expensive one $$$ they have a trolling motor
hell yeah fishing
Grilled Grouper is amazing
That's how it goes sometimes dude, we go back and catch the next day 💪
I can’t wait until you come home to make some videos. I would kill to fish with ya. I wanna take you for some snakeheads. Which I’m surprised you haven’t targeted down there
down south in Texas we try not to use any weights and small hooks. just a suggestion
If ur fishing pilings and have the ability’s scrape some of the barnicles off not too many it’s like chumming for sheaps head use the back of a hammer don’t use a weight or if u do use a little little weight so it looks like it floats down with the barnicles
We gotta get back to some bass content soon

Excellent video
26:40 When I kayak fish for ocean fish I wear a glove on my left hand for exactly that reason.
Vertical jig next to the pilling.. keep it off the bottom
You bust them out just as I sent it lol
If you go over that bridge there is a boat launch and I caught 40 fish there
Love your videos my brother, just one question, what do you actually like to eat because none of your catch and cooks are enough food for even one person much smaller than you, just out of curiosity do you even really like to eat fish???
First state I’m from near Indian river you know how good the tautog fishing is and the outer wall
What kayak do you have? I am looking to purchase one...
Sheep head fishing if u find crustaceans on the docks take you're knife and scrape them chum water helps alot
bless you
Use a steel leader to keep Sheepshead from biting the hook off!
If you got a boat type a bottom rig with a big weight with shrimp on a reef trust
Try using fiddler crabs for sheep's
We have the same kayak and same blue paddle 😎
Hi when firststatefishing upload it is a good day
What was your rod setup in this video?
Avoid using circle hooks for Sheepshead. They peck at you bait and you need to set them.
FS you need to invest in an anchor of some sort
WOULDN'T HAPPEN IN A FORD! Sorry, couldn't help it lol. 😅
Ya right it’d happen quicker
@ElijahMcgeorge nah, and you know you're just talking lol. Brand new truck? I still run a 1996 Ford Mustang at Beech Bend, 727hp on the dino, the original engine that Koenigsegg used 😂
@@curtism-w6b I don’t care I don’t own one just everyone I know that does is constantly getting repairs
Circle hooks are really bad for sheephead , because they curve in their mouth. and shieeps head, have hard mouths you want to use J hook?
Next time use a drop shot rig with same fiddler crab
which rode are u using pls give me a link or brand name ;D
All that just to keep one fish🤣 I've been fishless for months in the The Bay Area California. Either I catch and release or catch my limit of whatever species I'm targeting. And I'm only going for limits now
