Very nice building with amazing views and common areas. The materials and decorating is very modern and sleek, its new and the location is perfect. The two bedroom would be the size I would need but that price is quite exclusive. I would need to rent for a while before investing that much.

It's not crumbling. This is Mahanakhon, the tallest building in BKK so far. It has a very nice rooftop!
It's designed like that. A highly rated tourist destination. Amazing rooftop with a glass floor.

Currency changes everyday. What the dollar price for the condo is today, next month it can already be different. Thai price for the condo is fixed. You can can look up the dollar price yourself.
