Trinny I truly hope you know and understand what you do for us all. While on the surface someone might think this is all about superficial fashion at the heart of it you're teaching us to be confident and bold no matter our age. You are a treasure.
I completely agree! Been watching Trinny for 3-4 years now. You have encouraged me, emboldened me. And given me my confidence back to dress my best and experiment with fashion as I walk down the path of life. A debt of gratitude to you dear Trinny❤
Ive seen Trinny since I was a teenager and Ive follow her tips and advices since then. I'm a grown woman now and she is still My model to follow because she is SO modern and always undesrteand how to follow trends
As someone who's often overwhelmed by makeup and fashion, this channel has made it all feel way more approachable. I've even started throwing in little belts and jewelry to spruce up my day to day looks! It's really surprised me how much better something can feel with just a little bit of mindfulness behind it. Now I'm not hiding my body; I'm living in a beautiful home that looks and feels like me. 💖 Thank you for your sharing your confidence, joy, and knowledge with us, Trinny. It really means a lot, and I'm so grateful to have landed here. 💛
I loved the fact that you showed us the process of pulling the outfits together, even the missteps. I would be happy to watch videos on all the styles you mentioned.
This CC has to be in my top 3....loved it! This is Trinny at her best, so many gems of information from her stylish eye. More like this....we need all the topics you suggested as I like the idea of all the looks depending on how I feel. Also so happy to see the Stellas back 👍Brilliant just brilliant!💕💕
I was born in the 90s and some of my earliest memories are of watching Trinny and Susannah on TV. I recently discovered this channel and I want to say a massive thank you to the legend that is Trinny for creating this content for us - I've enjoyed every video that I've watched - you will always be the queen of fashion 😍 much love ❤️
Would love to see boho dressing. Another way to use vintage items from our wardrobes, rather than just taking them out and looking at them from time to time!
I'm addicted to your Closet Confessions. You are an inspiration & it reminds me each time to wear what I love & how to style my clothes. You & your team are amazing!
Wanted to say thankyou trinny you're team have been outstanding on Instagram to me.ive started taking the vitamins you used on videos and now use you're trinny london skin care.i went out of the house for the first time in 3years because you all gave me the confidence to do so.i had a zara top and trousers on.thankyou thankyou x
Trinny is a superstar, the way she boosts women's confidence is magical. I adore these videos, hearing the women's stories and seeing their faces light up when they try things they'd never gave thought of ❤
Love these workshop-type discussions. I find myself making summaries of those tiny details to sick in my wardrobe and use when styling. It's a great analysis of the concept.
Trinny, I would love a video on tips for a goblet shape woman. I think we’re often a forgotten body type. Advice for hourglass figures don’t quite work, and advice for inverted triangle don’t quite work. Sometimes I feel so lost.
Your closet confession videos have become the highlight of my Saturday morning ritual. Thank you for sharing your genius, your creativity and your beautiful wardrobe. I was so pleased to see the return of your Stella brogues. I would love to see your take on androgynous and boho! I know there’s a way to do both without looking frumpy but I haven’t yet figured it out. 🌟🌟🌟
Could you do a video where you define what is Modern vs Classic vs Minimalist? I don’t actually understand what makes something “modern”. I’d love to see a Modern Edgy episode. It could be cool if we submitted outfit photos and we say what we think it is, then Trinny defines what category it actually is and how we could improve the look.
Love this video. The older I get the more I’m attracted to the classics. Easier to achieve with fall and winter clothes than spring/summer outfits. The weather might get warmer but my wardrobe leaves me cold!
For summer classics, I stick mainly with cotton and linens in blues and whites, creams, cafe latte, sand, you get the picture. Some bright red and lemon might creep in, a simple dress or shirts with classic denim jeans or tailored shorts, and metallic or tan accessories. Slip dresses are good with a light shirt over. I am a classic body shape but fussy in summer just looks sweaty. Hope that was helpful.
I have never been drawn to Modern Classic (or Cool, Modern, Chill as Amy Smilovic calls it) for myself but I love seeing Trinny break down the elements and explain the rules. That was what made BBC What Not To Wear so great, Trinny's ability to find different style formulas for the guests.
I enjoyed seeing all this inspiration. I’m looking forward to seeing all of the different categories . Boho would be good for spring, which is hopefully not too far away. 🤞🏽
I have been buying classic pieces of clothing for a while as they will always work in our wardrobes. You are so good Trinny at putting everything together right down to the little details.
Feel very much inspired by your looks in this video, Trinny. I don't wish to look like a man, and I love the little details that add a feminine touch, but I'm not at all into traditional so-called women's clothing. It's been hard to work out what I want to look like, but many of these looks pretty much nail it. Thank you.
This is my favourite one sooo far. I have trying this style for a few months for work. I have the pieces but didn't know why it wasn't working all the time. Thank you for all the tips.
✨️ Trinny: You look dashing in Winter White! ❄️Definite Julie Christie, 🎞Dr. Zhivago, vibes in the fab fur topper❄️! You featured a spectacular selection of wide legged trousers here. 🤩Always adore a stacked brogue or platform sneaker. A chunk sole shoe might be in my future... 👩🏫 Beautiful analysis as always. Modern Classics is more my jam 📻 〰️esp. w/the darker, solid, tonal, neutrals & minimal pattern. Although I include olive green/khaki green in my base palette. 😉Am also exploring a bit w/bordeaux🍷shades. Plus, in my climate I typically wear more skirts over trousers. 🤗Call my style Mod Classic w/a Twist🍸. L🤍ve a hint of 😎 rebellion, humor, & edge. Sometimes will select a spot 🤏 of drama or glam🌟. 💚Bridget from Cali☘️ (using my pal's YT acct)
Trinny, you bring me joy! And to millions of other people. I am over 80, love fashion, and still want to look my best. Inspiring how you can tweak something and turn it into fabulous. Think lighting can be improved - some areas of the room are dark.
Absolutely loved this and the breakdown of why things work. Loved seeing you in heels, Trinny-they’re so flattering on you, and loving your hair length at the mo. Also loving your suggestions for upcoming CCs-yes to all! One thing I personally struggle with is ‘sexy’ dressing; I don’t know why and would love to change that. So, can’t wait to see that. x
Well Trinny, you have taught me a lot about colour and proportion but this modern classic look totally resonated with me. I adore colour but this tonal dressing is stunning, strong, elegant, sensual and looks expensive. The attention to detail and all the trial and error has made each of these outfits perfect. This one video has taught me a lot. Thank you so much. PS...I need to go shopping!🥰
This was one of my absolute favorites!❤ I think it resonated most with who I was in a way and how it can now be a “new me” as well. Now if I could only find some of the elements missing from my looks. Thank you for the uplift and inspiration Trinny. This is such a treat every week. Xo
Can you do … “Surprising Sequins”? I LOVED that cream sequin wide legged trousers with the cream cashmere sweater, it looked absolutely luxe and very soft and modern all at the same time!
I enjoyed this, I do love SMALL patterns, which don't overwhelm me, usually in my Summer dresses ( Sorry ,they suit me and I feel good in them. Easy to wear in the hot weather), I also do have a plain dress in several Neutral Colours ( all same style which suited me so I got the Cool/ Neutral colours , to my husbands chagrin. 6 of them !😂, but I love them and I DO wear them...🤷♂️ ) However, I have Blazers /Coats, Trousers and Shirts in every neutral colour which I haven't worn as I didnt really know how. Now I'm dying to wear them!! Thank you for opening up my wardrobe. Off to sort out tomorrow's outfit!
💐That's lovely that you bloom in pretty petite prairie florals. I live vicariously through women like yourself who look wonderful in all sorts of prints. 🌞Also enjoy seeing feminine ladies in tiered sundresses too. 🥰The romantic side of my nature adores flowers & flounces, I just feel absolutely absurd in them🤣. While CottageCore & even Boho Chic can be utterly charming, those styles are my 🪨kryptonite. They deplete my feminine superpower 🦸♀️. L❤ve classic layers like blazers, turtlenecks, trousers, etc. too〰️but in 😎LA climate those timeless pieces are only most comfortable in Winter. Maybe tolerable in late Fall & early Spring...if we're lucky🍀. 🥵 Otherwise, to tolerate these pieces in our typical 🌄 scorching high 🔥 heat, you must be able to 🏃♀️ run right from🌡temperature controlled 🚘cars to bldgs🏦. If not, you'll roast💧(esp. on 🚉public transpo🚍 routes). 💚Bridget from Cali☘️ (using my pal's YT acct)
Excuse my confusion re. What to call you. Your comment said Teresa Carle, Then Bridget so I didn't want to offend with the wrong name! Anyway, Thank you for your lovely comment. Yes, I do love Florals and dresses and can wear occasional SMALL DELICATE frills on them or blouses. I keep them in proportion, I hope, 😂 Like many others, I have taken many years to feel comfortable in my style, or just work out what it is! Hence my needing Trinny to give me confidence ,here, to wear a whole section of unworn Wardrobe pieces.!! I had no confidence in my youth, mainly because my mum and sisters were quick to criticise my fashion choices and destroyed my confidence to be " me". ( plus I had an eating disorder for 8 years , late teens into my 20s ) I had to emigrate to Australia to feel free to shop for 'me'.( not the only reason for emigration!!, 😂 😂) My wardrobe was just entirely Black pieces for decades. I've kept just a few favourite pieces and donated the rest to Charity. I never even owned a dress for many years, Now they're my favourite, easy to wear staple, I guess Now I can enjoy wearing colour , but never Pastels or Beige, which really, really wash me out. I can never remember if that makes me " cool" or "warm" with my dark blonde hair, pale ( ish) skin and very blue eyes?? I'm rubbish at this. I can wear Jewel colours,( Emerald green, , Cobalt Blues, Red, Teal, Deep purples) They bring me to life, even if it goes against the rules,? I just know what lights up my face and makes me feel good I love Blazers for Autumn and Winter, they smarten any look. I've failed badly, all my life, on the Smart Casual front, no clue how to pull this off. I'm still learning! And, like you, all is Weather led!! I think it's great, whenever I read your comments, that you seem to know your own style so well, and also advise and encourage others to find theres.
This was delightful! Enjoyed seeing how small tweaks can make a big statement or even completely change the feel of an outfit. (It’s helpful having the girls’ perspectives too.) A great series and I’m particularly keen on the androgynous and architectural videos. Can’t wait!
Hi Trinny, can you talk about styling vests especially sweater vests. To me they seem very versatile and a great piece of clothing during winter and autumn , but I find it difficult to style them.
This is so incredibly helpful! After a the years of working from home, I'm always struggling to find outfits for work which is primarily for meetings and facilitating. This will help me use my wardrobe to look my best! Thank you so much!! 💜
Thank you for another great video! My vote would be for winter boho. We often see it in summer, but I'd love some ideas for winter looks. Thank you. :)
Woooowwww……fantastic! BTW I personally do not mind the jewelry being the focus. Sometimes it is the jewelry that should be highlited when worn with a classic outfit. It is what takes the outfit over the edge. A long strand of pearls become modern when worn where not expected. As well a long long necklace gives youth to an outfit.
Thank you for the inspiration Trumny. I try to watch all your programs and thera are a lot od elements I can' take to complete my set off clothes. Especially I like your lomg jackets. And I am going to have one similar to yours but in valour - navy blue colour. In my mind it is always elegant and chic !
Fabulous as always. Trinny - just dawned on me - you never add gloves to an outfit - I love (even being male) adding different coloured gloves to a winter outfit-.maybe an idea?
I'd love to see "Dressing with humour" as a contrast to this week's, and am very much looking forward to "sexy" as well. (Sounds a bit wrong... Not in a creepy way!)
I Loved this ! I would also like all of the other categories that you mentioned. I am quite interested to see you do boho bc I am certain it will be fabulous.
Oh please do Boho...I would love to see your take on it. It is my go to look ... especially in the summer!!! But I'm sure you will ad Trinny Twist to it!!!💛💛💛

Absolutely. But it is all about the body type. And I do know about the twinning but I just love closet confessions and wish some advice on body type!
I would love to see an episode where you would dress Gemima and Molly!
Me too!
Yes!! 👏👏👏👏
Yes please!
Exactly my thoughts
Me too. She gives them sometimes a look to create, but they don't manage it on their own still
You give me, a senior lady, a new joyful perspective on clothing AND the courage to wear it, thank you!
You go for it Elke-Katherina. Look fabulous!

My color range & I must say Trinny, the most flattering looks I have ever seen on you. No prints (hooray). Screams confidence. Brilliant.❤
One of my favorite sessions so far…learning so much from Trinny about how put things together for work/casual.
Love this. Lots of good ideas!
I learned so much with this video! Thank you so much. Modern classic is how I would describe my most comfortable style.
Thank you it’s so useful :) I’d love to see all of them, architectural, sexy and androgynous sound awesome!

I'm inspired to buy platform sneakers because of trinny 😅
I have already bought 1 pair of them thanks to Trinny and I am looking for the second 😄Trinny is soooo inspiring!

The best closet confession! Keeping it to the clean minimum is the hardest thing ever! Thank you Trinny!
I love how you mix and match the blacks and the creams two of my favorite colors. You can't go wrong with black. I love it.
I absolutely adore the winter white with the hat!
Great outfits- great video. I’d love to see a boho chic Closet Confessions.❤️🥰
That navy outfit with the cape is perfection! I wish I could snatch that up! ❤

Loved all of these looks and so achievable. Also, Jemima's top is fab! Where's that from? :)
