I've sold a ton of stuff in my life and I've discovered that the value of things isn't necessarily the selling price. Recently, a warehouse landlord in the area was stuck with acres and acres of high end stuff when Brooks Brothers stores went bankrupt and abandoned their warehouse. He had a full time sale for 4 months. I bought stuff for 5% of its real value, and the last I heard everything was free. In another instance, a guy I knew bought a building that was the factory for a motorcycle accessory maker. Again, loaded with hundreds of bike frames, handlebars, seats, etc, etc and the machinery to make them. Almost all was sold for scrap when he couldn't find buyers in the 6 months he had sales. I think this guy will more than get his money back, but it won't be quickly.

Just found this stuff myself. The only beef I have is that the music volume is loud compared to the rest of the audio. Only a problem when you’re watching on TV.
@@satoshinakamoto8638 that sounds good on paper but then you need to pay to store all that crap until it sells...it was bought for youtube content not profit
I really enjoyed the heck out of this! Just found your channel by scanning thru! It has really been interesting! Keep up the good work! I will continue to keep watching!
That's just going to slow you down. Sometimes it's better to leave scraps, so to speak, so you can keep your eyes on the prize. I saw a collection of mustang parts once, in a building that had to go in under a week. There was at least a good ten days worth of labor for a crew of 20. The prices flying from this event had people all over the mid west in california snapping up parts and that's actually how they got the job done, which had huge bank money on it. Eyes on the prize, contract on the line and future work possibly.
Did this once. Went through everything I wanted. Then contacted local church. Donated everything else for their garage sale. They sorted it all and cleaned out warehouse. Win/win. They made around 4K profit with their volunteers.
I've been a viewer since y'all came out on TV on Discovery channel and everyday with y'all is always something that's exciting to have good people good friends good ethics is always going to be a plus to have no matter what keep doing what you do sincerely Nate
Start by getting a Dumpster and go through the whole place, in this sort of situation it's the only way. You never know that box of baseball cards could just slip away or some other valuable items. Cool video
I wish that I could have gotton my hands on all the beads and earrings. This looks like an awesome deal. Let me know if you ever have any stuff you want help in selling some of the smaller stuff. I stay home because of my medical issues, I would love to help sell stuff on line if you need extra help.
Ive been watching you off and on , either your TV show which i find very interesting and your videos on TH-cam. Ive come to realize that you have your hand in just about everything, good for you, and you help where ever you can. Just ran across vid were you assit in pulling a car from a river. Hate to brake your hearts but almost every sports card from the 80s and 90s were so massively overprinted that they aren't worth more than the paper they are printed on
Agreed I feel like they left the old man with a mess that was not part of the original agreement as far as I recall they made a deal for him to take the whole contents of the building not just the valuable stuff
yeah actually enjoyed that one a lot of cool old stuff you found in that warehouse it's always fun to do stuff like that I kind of do that on a much smaller scale with yard sales and things like that but you never know what you can find keep doing what you do man
$15k is like a cheeseburger to you, you make that in your sleep. You did him and his family a favor, he pays yearly property tax on that 12,000 square feet, but doesn't have the youth or the energy to clean it, and knows it's worthless to leave that stuff to his kids. Now he can use it once again. Great Job!👍👍
I personally would sort through all the boxes cause if you spent $15,000 on the building and someone said there’s $100,000 worth of baseball cards in there you’re gonna make $85,000 off of one box
did you “clean out completely” or just take what you wanted, just curious on how the purchased worked. I am a new subscriber, just found your channel, cool content!!
So basically he owns a company that makes some of the most badass trucks you'll ever see. He doesn't do this as his full-time job. that's the key right there. most people want it all right now or not at all...slow and steady wins the race over time!

@Rob C Lmao. 80% of this shit was pure trash. worth nothing. this is clickbait garbage.
Been watching these guy's for a couple of weeks now and every time the content is fantastic, funny as and very entertaining.
Cheers guy's from Mark Jones in the UK
I fell bad for heavyd man he spend so much time on the best content on youtube and he doesnt have that many subs... if only people knew how good this content is 🧐
He talks a little to much and way to many recaps but otherwise good channel
@Jon Ver why do y’all have to hate
@Jon Ver I get it. My channel is the same way. Been YouTubing for years, and can’t seem to hit a trend☹️ unfortunately my channel never really took off like I would have wanted
Just found this stuff myself. The only beef I have is that the music volume is loud compared to the rest of the audio. Only a problem when you’re watching on TV.
2x the views to the subs. He is doing ok. This channel is growing all the time it appears though.
Love these episodes that are abit different to see what the team gets up to when not doing recoveries
Definitely scored on this one. The headache comes with finding people to buy everything.
Ebay
@@satoshinakamoto8638 that sounds good on paper but then you need to pay to store all that crap until it sells...it was bought for youtube content not profit
This reminds me of the guy who claimed he sold his homing pigeon for the twenty second time.
The old guy is going to sell what you left to another 🐬
Awesome score gents love watching you grow and take on any challenge Diesel Bro's Rule!!!
I really enjoyed the heck out of this! Just found your channel by scanning thru! It has really been interesting! Keep up the good work! I will continue to keep watching!
It would suck if you missed some rare item that you didn’t look through
That's just going to slow you down.
All trash
Let me get that saw
Those old boat motors just the drives alone could be big money
The show 'Auction Kings' that buy storage lockers would have went NUTS over this place! That would've been an easy flip.
There are only two TH-camrs im gonna always support, you and Andrew Camarata.
Did this once. Went through everything I wanted. Then contacted local church. Donated everything else for their garage sale. They sorted it all and cleaned out warehouse. Win/win. They made around 4K profit with their volunteers.
Found this channel a couple of days ago and I’m hookeddddd
It'd be totally overwhelming, but I'd have a blast going through a lot of that stuff.
This is like storage wars that's a $50 bill everyday Brando He will be lucky to have his $15 k back
Nice to see hard working people ..great job everyone 🇺🇸
I've been a viewer since y'all came out on TV on Discovery channel and everyday with y'all is always something that's exciting to have good people good friends good ethics is always going to be a plus to have no matter what keep doing what you do sincerely Nate

THANKS FOR WATCHING 🇺🇸
Start by getting a Dumpster and go through the whole place, in this sort of situation it's the only way. You never know that box of baseball cards could just slip away or some other valuable items. Cool video
I wish that I could have gotton my hands on all the beads and earrings. This looks like an awesome deal. Let me know if you ever have any stuff you want help in selling some of the smaller stuff. I stay home because of my medical issues, I would love to help sell stuff on line if you need extra help.
@Peter Alan Clark no way, I am sure I missed lots of stuff. That room, had my name written all over it!
Ive been watching you off and on , either your TV show which i find very interesting and your videos on TH-cam. Ive come to realize that you have your hand in just about everything, good for you, and you help where ever you can. Just ran across vid were you assit in pulling a car from a river. You are one of a few of bloggers that i tell my daughter to watch from time to time when she gets sad about people around her. Simply saying there is good in the world even though when things are tough.
Hate to brake your hearts but almost every sports card from the 80s and 90s were so massively overprinted that they aren't worth more than the paper they are printed on
He sold the sports cards for $28k
Man 4K in one night that’s an accomplishment
Sucribers
Not really when he spent 15k in five minutes lol
In 9 months from just a little less then 500k subs to over a million. Love the content!
There's a delirium that happens when you're surround by so much stuff. It's like being sedated while on pots of coffee.
🤣❗
"theres like 10000 bux of stuff here... " 20 seconds later pushes a $1000 display case off a shelf and smashes it... well thats 9000 bux now..
Agreed I feel like they left the old man with a mess that was not part of the original agreement as far as I recall they made a deal for him to take the whole contents of the building not just the valuable stuff
*ICE CREAM MACHINE* = _Broken_
Wow
must have been, they left it. lol.

sell it in the midwest...
Only if it was from McDonald's
yeah actually enjoyed that one a lot of cool old stuff you found in that warehouse it's always fun to do stuff like that I kind of do that on a much smaller scale with yard sales and things like that but you never know what you can find keep doing what you do man
Heavy D meets Horders. Dream come true 😂
This man is crazy always does stuff sporadically. And no one ever knows what he will do next
Spontaneously?
I'm willing to bet you found alot of neat things in there.
Watching this was great, I usually watch you're show but seeing this side was unreal and enlightening. Thanks guys.
Smart Old Man, He got a bunch of suckers to clean his warehouse so he can put the good stuff in there. Haha!
Love it. I’d like to know how much it cost to bring the actual junk to the dump tho.
Haven’t even watched yet but I can already see Hans’ face, and Allen’s glee! 😅 man, did you find a GEM when you met Allen!
I’ve decided it is impossible for this man to lose money.
Probably made $15k off this video alone.
Minus a lawsuit or 2
@@thepageboys8830 it has 400k views, realistically probably made like 1200-2000 off the actual video
@@grantmcclelland9920 when they owe $850k+ in fines I guess they'll whore themselves out for any job.
@@mradavid That assumes they only made money from the views, yeah?
Just the fun/excitement of exploring and "finding" everything in there would be awesome ! Love things like that!
I personally would sort through all the boxes cause if you spent $15,000 on the building and someone said there’s $100,000 worth of baseball cards in there you’re gonna make $85,000 off of one box
$50 entry fee, 1 hr all you can grab, or something like that.
Not if the labor and tools cost too much. You still have risk of not finding anything and loose extra 50,000$
Well that was a nice neon sign for about 5 seconds lmao
did you “clean out completely” or just take what you wanted, just curious on how the purchased worked. I am a new subscriber, just found your channel, cool content!!
So basically he owns a company that makes some of the most badass trucks you'll ever see. He doesn't do this as his full-time job. But from what I can tell he would reuse items that he can and perhaps sell the rest. I'm from the UK and absolutely love these guys and hope 🤞🤞 in the future to visit these guys and look at their trucks in person. Vehicles in the UK are so much smaller compared to the US and I adore mericn trucks the most. Loving the videos and TV programs guys 😎😎 be safe 🤜🤛
