Here is my take/comment about Driver "Speed" (Currently only at 21:31 in this Video):
If a Driver moves faster back and forth and not just in one direction it is creating a higher Frequency.
If a Driver moves faster in only one direction it is pressuring Air in a Shorter Time/ accelerates faster, this in turn means that the Sound Pressure is Higher -> It is Louder.
    Reason for it is simplified:
    Pressure = Force / Area = (Mass x Acceleration) / Area = (Mass x Velocity) / (Area x Time)
-> Pressure is proportional to "Driver Speed"
->There is no driver speed independent of the Magnitude/Frequency / Impulse Response. It can all already be seen in the Frequency Response or the Impulse Response.
(The Impulse Response is just another (imo less intuitive) way to look at the Frequency Response.)
If a Driver isnt able to reproduce the needed Driver Speed it's creating Distortion.(There can be multiple Reasons for it)
This is my Interpretation what People hear when they say that "Driver Speed matters" or they have "better Dynamics".
But for that you can just instead look at the THD and intermodulate Distortion instead of talking about "Driver Speed".
I'd be interested in a comparison of THD / intermodulate Distortion Measurements of different Driver Types at different Levels.
Do you have measurements of IEMs that are claimed to be "fast" and can you look at the Distortion measurements for me?
If any of this is wrong or inaccurate please correct me so i can learn more :)
And one thing you might understood wrong or i might have misunderstood in your explanation of how Drivers work, so here is a correction if you've misunderstood it:
The Driver isnt playing one Frequency after the other but instead moves in one continues motion.
If it's playing a low frequency and a high Frequency it's playing them at the same time by Doing a slow motion and "twitching" back and forth during the Slow motion for the lower Frequency.
It's not "resetting to neutral" after playing a Frequency and then starts playing the next. :)

I missed that too.I wish I had asked which price range is the the most VFM..The sub 100 ? The 100- 200? The 200-350? The 500- 600 ? Or the 700- 900 ? I think most people will balance between these ..OR maybe saving for an end game 900+ iem is the cleverest move?

Okay, I'll make the first comment.
Hey there Dan, I'm liking the Cannon II in the sound samples. Just a bit on the pricey side.
I'm waiting on the Tangzu Fudu to arrive. So looking at cheaper options ATM.

Hi Dan! In the line of Fudu and MP145, you might want to try the z300.
