A lot of us women are doing the work… healing and understanding where we’re at mentally,emotionally, physically and spiritually. Also socially. It feels great to know that it’s not just myself that’s healing and understanding myself and my life. Pouring more into myself again all around the board. ❤️🙏🏽

When we take the time to learn and get to know ourselves, it becomes a relationship of love and committment because we begin to invest in ourselves and that allows us to be the best WE can be. Anything else can result in us settling and how can we expect someone to take us seriously or treat us the way we desire when WE are not taking our own selves seriously and devoting the time WE need to recognize our own worth. Self love encompasses so many things...

This was such an amazing episode! I can totally relate to Dinorah having an emotionally absent father. For years I thought my picker was broken too. Going to therapy helped me identity my daddy issues and why I always dated emotional unavailable men. I'm preparing myself to date intentionally becausemarriage is the goal. I loved how Dinorah said she just wants to be safe and soft in a relationship. I really want that in the future! ❤❤
I couldn’t wait for this episode! When I requested for Dinorah to sit on the couch, I knew the episode would give me life. I love that you provided her with space to dig deep and be vulnerable, if she needed it.

This season you two spoke about (in between situationships) is another learning moment of yourselves to add to that tool belt of knowledge so when you do meet the (one) y'all will have the right tools to help put that much desired (relationship) together.
