Das Optic Cover passt gut über ein 600mm F4 mit angesetztem 2,0 Telekonverter und Body. :)
Bis 08:06 habe ich da noch eine Kamera und einen Typen gesehen dann war die Kamera & der Typ auf einmal weg... komisch... denke in dem Wald spukt es... :-P

one question how durable is the material would it stand up to crawling through brambels and dog rose it looks thin and fragile

Or you could buy some camo net scarfs for like $30 and make your own. The poncho is like $200, the tripod cover is $80, and the optic cover is $60. Good gear, but very expensive

@@ripperkon Ja genau. Du hast das Wort im Sinn von "ungefähr" gebraucht. Roundabout heißt Karussel oder Kreisverkehr. Hat sich aber irgendwie im "denglischen" etabliert. Tut der Qualität Deiner Videos keinen Abbruch :)

Die Tarnung finde ich wirklich gut, aber 199€ für den Hoody sind für mich echt überzogen. Alles unter 100€ wäre angemessen...
Angemessen für ein günstiges 'made in *beliebiges Billiglohnland einfügen*' mit minderwertigem Druck wäre es das tatsächlich.
Bei dem Zeug von Ghosthood handelt es sich jedoch um Material und Druck aus Deutschland und genäht in der EU. Dazu dann eben noch, dass der Druck IR sicher ist. Viele andere Tarnanzüge sind nicht mit IR Farben ausgestattet und wiegen mehr.
Aber klar, alles eine Frage der Notwendigkeit und wie wichtig es einem ist. Wer mit seinen Bildern Geld verdient oder sein Leben der Tarnung anvertrauen muss, der wird da sicherlich gerne die 200€ zahlen oder muss es nicht zahlen, weil die Behörde es dienstlich an die Beamten gibt.
Aber mal sehen, ist ja noch ne recht junge Firma. Wenn die Stückzahlen noch weiter steigen, ist davon auszugehen, dass der Preis vermutlich ein paar € runter geht.
Terrible Website...not good for business. Many items have no photos and it shows a blank image, There are prices but no option to purchase anything. not sure what the purpose of the site is...

Wildlife can see you unless you use realtree or mossy oak.
Camo and digital only works on humans.
But I suppose you're breaking up the silhouette but that's not enough. I was wearing realtree and standing with my back to a tree and next to brushes and a buck actually walked up sniffed me and thought I was part of the environment. Until I moved and he screamed and ran away.
Some wildlife even see infrared and ultraviolet light.
Ghosthood works in infrared, a lot of realtree does not. But if that’s your experience, that’s okay :)
I don’t photograph wildlife that often or almost don’t photograph it at all. But we already had a lot of positive feedback of wildlife photographers and birdwatchers about this GHOSTHOOD camo ;)
@@ripperkonOld video I know, but interested in the Ghost Hood for animal photography purposes. Is it quiet, or does it make a swishing sound when moving like say a windbreaker?
