It does like 130km/h only maximum, which will be like 75-80 miles/hour. Otherwise it's soft suspension takes bumps really easily. Off road stuff is amazing. I wish it could have little more power and Torque

I rode it in deep sand and the front end hardly deflects. I never expected RE to get a bike so right. It seems acquiring Harris Performance was the best thing they have done in a long time. Oh, and I am a newbie when it comes to riding off road. PS: RE did say that the upcoming 650 cc twin cylinder engine might eventually make it to the Himalayan. That might answer the lack of highway performance.

Nice modification.. but can any one please let me know, changing the old bs3 switch and fitting fog light switch and hazard light switch wiring is fine? As the RE guys saying, it may void the warranty in case of any wiring damage..
That is a sari guard, made mandatory by the authorities after several sari clad women got their saris stuck in the chain or wheel. it is mandatory for all bikes sold in India and is referred to as a portable barbecue grille.
