Another brilliant video from Marcus. Full of throwaway gems like - "When you take it back slowly you have to INITIATE the sequence......when you THROW it back, you're REACTING WITH the sequence.." And - "Most people play golf with the same mind-set as their first driving lesson - checking everything before they move"
These videos are as much lessons in psychology as they are in golf. Very ZEN.

Every time I watch your videos and listen to what you’re saying, I become enlightened. This is another example of excellent teaching that far exceeds the BS we get from most everyone else who professes to be a coach, teacher, instructor, etc. All of the positional training we get is ruining our ability to improve and enjoy the game we love so much. Keep up the excellent work, Marcus.

Just to let you know that I am using grf board and balance pads still and not only getting better golf swing, but my walking and balance with my MS has improved 👍

Another great training video. Thanks Marcus.
It's amazing to know that potential energy is all around us and channelling that energy through our body to the golf ball using natural body movements is probably the most addictive feeling in golf. It is working for me already and it feels effortless and great. I know that I am just scratching the surface. I feel like your swing philosophy is all I need now and I won't be in the dark any more. Can't wait for my next game😃⛳

Oh my. Great transformation. You're going to have to raise your rates! Noticed many instructors online copying some of your drills!

This concept seems so hard but it is clearly the basis of a more consistent ball strike and increased distance. I need to persevere!

Easy to say awkward to do - swing back step forward! Personally distance is not great for me but since Zen my attitude is getting better. Preshot routine is now think the shot trust the shot step up and make the shot (typically I keep the body/feet moving). Bottom line is no getting stuck with where should the hands and arms be! 👍

@@simmo5071 Lighten up, mate. It was a joke in relation to OLDGOLD's earlier post. Hence the smiley face.
PS. Does your keyboard produce an exclamation mark every time you finish a sentence? Or maybe you're accidentally hitting the exclamation mark instead of the full stop; mind you, they're quite a long way from each other on the keyboard. Peace.
