I skim the impurities off so they don’t stick to the oxtails when I drain them. I would have to rinse them off before returning them back to the pot. Just keeps a clearer broth to me.

Thank you. So many ways to make Oxtail soup 🥣 the oxtail needs to cook for many hours. I tried 2 hours and it needed much more.
