Never get piercings done with a gun - always with a needle. Go to your local tattoo shop and get your piercings there. Guns hurt and have thicker needles than it should be. If you get it pierced locally with an actual needle, the hole will be thinner and cleaner and less susceptible to infections

if you get one off center, it doesn't hurt as bad. the closer you are to bone and veins, the more it hurts. wrist is one of the least painful places!
