    Thanks for sharing! Should jumping be avoided? I guess that's considered high impact?

      It can be depending on how you land on your feet. My motto is in moderation and with modification. Did you jump a lot before your pregnancy?

    Do you have any advice on pelvic girdle pain? I have had it in all 3 of my pregnancies and walking was enough of a challenge some days. I still feel twinges now (6 months pp) I also have a diastasis. Thank you for your help!

      I'm so sorry to hear that - they could definitely be related. How many fingers is your diastasis? Let me know if you don't know (I have a video for that). I def need to do a video on pelvic girdle pain. I get asked about it a lot.
