I need serious lubrication/mobility/ fluidity in everything having to do with my pelvic region- I have anterior pelvic tilt and I know adding in daily mobility and fluidity training will help set this back to its natural state

Great pre workout routine (and Post Workout cool down). The emphasis on doing the movement allows me to choose how much form I want to experience. So good!!
Wow! I absolutely love this style of video. The fully body mobility is amazing and then the core work is great. These just may be one of my new favorite styles as I know my core is my trouble area since giving birth almost 7 years ago. And I LOVED your reply to someone asking for a pelvic floor mobility! Another issue once I gave birth was some prolapses. 😢 but since then I do everything and anything I can do to strengthen it up so to avoid surgery. Thank you so much for your channel. I am always so excited when you drop new videos. ❤❤❤

This is also a great timing because I have started running lately. I like that the audio is not too loud so that I can focus on the movement ❤
I looooved the kneeling spinal wave+ scorpion combo and all the superman variations. Combining your workouts with strength training is perfect balance and I have faith that my joints will age just fine🎉❤

The shoulder section was challenging, especially internal and exteral rotation. I felt it in my neck. Any suggestions. Lateral superman were also difficult. I enjoyed the kneeling spinal wave. The core was pure fire for me. Thank you for this great session❤
I need your help 😂… I’m looking for information about differences between standing mobility and laying on the floor. Do you know something about that? Some people say about we were children and crawling on the floor and some people say that we need to stand because it’s mostly our everyday position
