They changed the formulas I was using their cc creams for 12 years an started using all their powders and blushes etc. Then last year I realized something is just off, I couldn’t figure it out. Then I found out from the makeup artist they changed to a cheaper chemical mineral spf and that is what seems to be an issue for some of us with oily combo type skin. It now settled into my pores and creases, and gets on my clothing so easily, never ever before did this happen. I can’t even believe it honestly it was amazing I don’t understand why they changed it and really I can’t understand why all the influencers don’t help get this fixed, because in all honesty I can’t find anything like it 😖 so many others I spoke to on a facebook post are experiencing the same, an tons of makeup artists no longer using it. Its fine for many people but the chunk of us that have combo oily skin it’s no where near whet that OG formula was 😭 but if they don’t see enough people talking about it, they won’t go back and fix this. It’s all about supply and demand which truly stinks I can’t find anything like it.
I love it cosmetics. I have acne prone skin and I prefer the original. I do have the Matte one but I haven't tried it yet. I like the way it looks on my skin and I like that it's good for your skin too. It doesn't break me out like ALOT of the other liquid foundations do.
I just found you by accident on tiktok and came right over to subscribe to your channel. I love you’re platform and how candid, thorough, and thoughtful your channels are. So happy to join the club! 💜
Not saying this to OP but the audience. It absolutely depends on your preference as a person; acne is nothing to be ashamed of or feel you need to hide. However, if thats not a feeling you mirror or you are in the mood to conceal a little more my advice (as someone who worked as a makeup artist for a long time) is to use a more matte formula. Not necessarily IT cosmetics though as the matte CC is definitely the weakest in the line. Dewy finishes create shine which accentuates the dimension in acne and skin texture. If the high point of a pimple is really bright and shiny the shadows around it are going to look more exaggerated. If i had a client who was super set on dewy skin but wanted to hide texture Id use a gel highlighter or even a little moisturiser on their cheekbones to try and get it closer to a glowy look, while not exagerating acne. Another tip (though I wouldnt recommended this for long term use as it could block pores) as a one off for a special event: eyelid primer is a great way to get foundation to grab onto acne and not come off during the day. Id do this for weddings if someone had large cystic acne they wanted to hide, as they tend to drop foundation really quickly.
Hey, that’s really interesting, and have def noticed myself over the years that acne looks different under matte v dewy make-up. Thought my acne days were over but thanks to peri menopause chin breakouts and my teen daughter inheriting my acne genes, I’m back looking for treatment and make up advice! I’m in the UK so maybe can’t access certain products, but can you recommend any concealers / cc or bb creams that won’t break skin out? Erborian looks lovely and dewy on my face but breaks my chin out. Clinique anti blemish foundation doesn’t break me out but it’s too drying and cakey on my skin 😟
I only tried the original and I love it! I use the lightest shade and it’s kind of perfect for my undertone. 😊 Very moisturizing, as I have dry skin, very high coverage. 👍But I have to be careful to not use too much of it, otherwise it can end up looking cakey.
I’ve been eyeing the CC matte foundation but after seeing the natural I might go for that one. Thanks for this video! I always wondered about the difference between all of these 😊
I want to love IT cosmetics but their Bye Bye Redness made me break out SO BADLY. no idea what happened but I hope the rest of their line doesn't freak out my rosacea skin. 🥺 I wanted to try a CC cream and the luminous looks amazing! thank you for showing the comparisons!
Hi dear found your channel today ❤ I suffered from cystic acne during the pandemic, mainly hormonal changes as I gained weight and stress too. I considered oral medication- as skin products don’t work. Prescribed to me was Acnotin. It worked really well after 1 month, it cleared all my Acne and hyper pigmentation but Unfortunately that caused my liver to suffer- I had to immediately stop it. The doctor recommended me on a low sugar diet and the most basic moisturizer to be my daily morning item, wash in afternoon when it gets oily/combi and reapply the same moisturizer. I had to wash my face even in the office afternoons when we had to return to work (unfortunately). And that actually worked tor me, time to time I’ll get 2 acne maybe once a month, but no more pain, now I’m back to my light coverage foundation, setting powder and lip tint. All is well ☺️ Hope you get the right combi for you as well! I’ll continue watching your reviews!
Some other points I always consider after my sufferings from acne, from my experience this helps: - dont wash your hair first then your face, always do the face first with light running shower water - if you feel tugging or dryness in an area, moisturize that area only. don’t overthink it and do the whole face, just that area. - if any acne drains or pops; immediately wash with water and apply one medication cream prescribed by your gp or derma - don’t rub your face even when washing it, just gently wash it - don’t let your hair touch your face, dirt, sweat, and oil is not our friend It’s a lot but don’t give up ❤ Ultimately do what you love and don’t let the acne get in your confidence.
I have the mate one and feel like it’s drying my skin out a bit. I’m using differin and benzacnen at the moment and my skin is anyway on the dryer side so it’s flaking. Does anyone know if the original is more hydrating and would be better for me?

Heyy
Can you review roundlab's dokto toner and lotion ?
If you have bought this cream… just letting you know I’ll never use anything else for the rest of my life. It’s perfect
Covers better than foundation, doesn’t feel like makeup, doesn’t enrage my acne

Good is that you don't have acne scar... It's somehow blessing
She only said textured 9 times this video.. making progress
