18:08 fun fact, when I got in my first car crash, (which was in July 2019), my phone flew forward and wedged itself in between the windshield and the dashboard, the windshield never cracked and my phone was fine, I’m actually typing with it rn! None of my belonging were damaged, but the car was totaled (airbags went off and everything). I was ok as well

I don't think that's shameful, if you're getting your car professionally cleaned it's because it is dirty. I don't understand the judgement in these videos tbh. The point is that the car is dirty, and this guy's profession is to clean it. We don't know the car owner's reality and strugles.

But look at 1:35 , removing this trash from the car is a 5 minute story. It's not related to the filth at all, it's just a matter of respect for people who are working on the car to remove that stuff. Not doing it is like saying “do my shit boi”

I left a load of parking tickets on my dasbard then i put the Ac on and the flue everywhere and if you leave them there you know you went around a corner too slow if they dont slide alonge your dasboard
For those stains that don't want to come out of the plastic I recommend Magic Eraser whether it's the Dollar General brand or the mr. Clean it works really well and you don't have to scrub very hard
this inspired me to go out and deep clean my car. i haven't been taking care of myself or my things lately, and it's gonna feel so nice to get it cleaned out. :^)
I agree with many viewers who like watching the drill brush and extractor. Just want to add that I love the way you are not judgmental about the condition of the car or the slob who brought it in that way. You are very zen! Being a cigar smoker, I must confess that though my car looks like new, it doesn't always smell new. But I recently purchased an ozone generator (less than $100 on Amazon) and found that a one-hour session completely removed any residual smoke smell and, more importantly, it did not return after a week or two. Worked so well that I decided to never smoke in my car again. It is like new!
One of the best interior detailing/restoration videos I've seen. Thanks for sharing the entire process, and for your voiceovers explaining what you do and how you do it. As for a "favorite" part, I think I"m with you on what a difference a good vacuuming can make. For those of us who are nutso about our cars, it's difficult to see how someone could let their car get so out of whack. But, then, that's what makes detailing worth it, to see the incredible transformation from dirty to clean, restored and protected. Great job!
I like seeing how just vacuuming the carpets can make a world of difference in the overall appearance of the vehicle's interior. I think seeing that improvement, alone, is a great motivator to complete the rest of the cleaning steps. Thank you for taking the time to make these videos.

James, I bought the Chemical Guys Silk n Shine because of your videos. We recently bought a playhouse that is combo wood and plastic. We are in Arizona and the plastic looked really tired. I tried the silk n shine on the plastic parts and without being dramatic, they look brand new. They are shiny and “moisturized”. Thrilled!
I've been binging all your videos this week, they are so satisfying and relaxing, and also taught me how to get a nasty smoothie stain out of my car with my little green bissel! Thanks guy!
