  • In this episode of The Chef Bai Podcast, Bai reflects on the collective experiences we have all been going through and discusses the overwhelming emotions many of us feel due to current events. It seems through social media, we are all so angry and constantly butting heads. Instead of fueling the fire, she emphasizes on the importance of becoming educated and turning this anger into action through activism.
Activism comes in many different forms, and she highlights the need to spread awareness, take action, and to be open to learning and self growth. Throughout this episode, she encourages listeners to find their passion and to contribute to positive change in this world. Bailey shares her tips on how to get activated in your community and larger government, and how to help move the needle towards a brighter future for ourselves and everyone else on this earth!

@@ChefBai You are an amazingly talented chef and I appreciate all your fabulous creations. Just remember - we have ALL been lied to our entire lives to keep us in the dark.
At our highest levels there is only the corrupt deep state military industrial complex. I'm 68 in a month... a very young 68 thankfully and have spent 40 years on this giant puzzle.
My gramps was intel and told me a lot before he passed. There are only in the last 150 years that tried to do what is right for the US. Lincoln, JFK and DJT... like him or not.
Every nation has a right to their own sovereignty and I for one do not want to be a slave to the WEF, NWO goons like Klaus Schwab who's father was a Nazi and Hitler supporter. Nor guys like Kissinger - praise God he's no longer here to hurt the US anymore.. Did you know that he opened China and started the off shoring / transfer of our manufacturing base and told them we'd turn a blind eye if they invaded Cambodia? Fact...
Did you know that FDR and John Kerry's respective grand and great grandfathers were the two biggest Opium dealers of their time? And silly me years back voted for Kerry thinking he was a patriotic young man who just happened to 'marry up'....
Let's not forget the awful Bush's... I could go on for hours telling history that has been deliberately hidden.... GOD BLESS US ALL!!

I have been plant based a few short years and wow making that connection to animals and feeling so overwhelmed and want to scream at the top of my lungs to people to to harming animals on top of everything else you pointed out. Im also a Avery positive person and have had to step back somewhat from social media for my mental health. Im such an empathetic person and i feel to hard.so thank you for speaking out. ❤
