How can they claim a breach of privacy when they approached the camera?
It's always weird to hear TH-cam and Google talk about privacy.
Why would TH-cam be worried about pressure from China when it is not even allowed to broadcast in China.
TH-cam only has to ask the CCP people, "were you in public on UK soil?" Yes, ok, well, welcome to UK laws.
Most of the people involved have already been publicly identified elsewhere. Making a complaint just makes their position worse.
Wouldn't going to court create more publicity?
the original uncut video is now archived, re-uploaded on multitudes of channels, and everything in it is now perpetually viewable and publicly known. what we have here, is an example of the "streisand effect".
The only thing that is trying to be blurred is The Law.
He should just superimpose pictures of Winnie the Pooh over them. 😂

The surest way to get your face onto TH-cam is to walk up to someone being filmed, stand in front of the camera and loudly and aggressively complain about your face being put on TH-cam. It brings to mind 'that' recent episode of South Park.
The entire saga was completely uncalled for
TH-cam always favors the plaintiffs because youtube has caved to the copyright lawyers.
The ‘little pinks’ approached Brendan & deliberately put themselves in shot. I worked 35 years for a TV news company doing live location broadcasts in public places, if people walked past & got in shot or (as often happened) deliberately put themselves in shot then the pictures were broadcast with no pixellation used to disguise the folk in shot. We never had any problems with court cases etc as a result of those live broadcasts.
This is actually a very important example of where we are right now in terms of freedom of speech and expression and the rise of narcissism ("Don't touch her!") throughout the globe which is now being shown to the light.
A TH-cam privacy complaint has precisely nothing to do with the law.
Thank you for your insight. However, this issue very important because world is watching how freedom of individual is censored and limited by the foreigners. . If TH-cam successfully censor Dr. K, it will set a precedent for many people to complaint frivolously & infringed on other people’s public right. Therefore this issue is about individual freedom in a country where your public rights are respected.
They, all of them deliberately walked to Dr K’s Camera. He didn’t ask them to, it was their choice to be filmed. The y set him up.
