I met Buakaow once many years ago up in Chaing Mai at Lanna Muay Thai camp where he visited for a few days. humble, respectful ,kind...a warm person. Yet one could feel his powerfull aura that surrounds him. A living legend, maybe the best ever.
That's a good way to put it. Buakaw is more like a tank rolling over everything in his path. Saechai is more like the laughing teacher, who has nothing but the best intentions in a brutal sport.
Every match of these two is worth watching. They are the true G.O.A.T.s of their classes. In Buakaw one can see the relentless punisher with a lot of strength and stamina, while you can learn so much from Saenchai from his fastness, dodging, technicality and his transition between defense and offense. Also I like how Saenchai seems to enjoy himself much more in the ring. Both legends beyond compare. When a fight of either one pops up in the algorithm, I always click! Have to!

There was a fight, Muay Thai vs Sanshou. Saenchai lost to a China champion Wang Wei Hao. But Buakaw TKOed Wang not long after only in round 1!

( One Championship is close and will be better soon) Thai fight is a joke and he fought that for entertaining. I'm from Thailand, I practice a lot of Muay Thai, Boxing, Taekwondo, Jujitsu, BJJ and Muay Thai Boran. Khao Bua Khao has a strong body. and experience patience he's the best But that Saenchai not strong and not very strong But he's a clever boxer. He often teases his opponents. And he has a technique that can be called that may be superior to Bua Khao but physically I think Buakaw has more than Saenchai.
