Dr Rizwan , you are doing a great job by providing guidance and mentorship to young doctors. I am an orthopaedic surgeon( MS )from india with 4 years of experience including Residency. I am planning to migrate to australia. I am confused only on one point - should i work here in india for 3-5 years more and apply for specialist pathway or should i migrate to australia now via AMC exams and work as registrar in Orthopaedics.
