    This is Bori Cha- Korean barley tea. If you like it you should try Oksusu Cha- Corn tea.

    Can I just ask, do you use fresh barley, or do you have to get some that's been dehusked (pot or pearl barley)? I know the husk is inedible to people, but I didn't know if it was different being brewed. X

      Use a whole grain. This works really well with buckwheat as well. You can mix in a nice green tea leaf to compliment it too.

      Whole grain, hulled (and roasted, so not just from fresh harvest)
