3 was the best out of all 5, good story, action, characters, (even if some were there a little unnecessarily) but all in all 3 was my favourite and the best out of all 5

They look too "human" i miss the "Alien robotic cars" designs from the three first movie. I really enjoyed to see every truck parts on his body. Now, he looks too much like a knight

i get it was to show progression in cgi technology , but damn i missed the rough and mechanical looks of the older transformers
The only problem i really have with 4 and 5 is that it focused way too much on marks character and the human aspect when lets be honest we watch these movies to see Giant robots fight it out and given there are good scenes of that but this movie especially just felt way too rushed and focused way too much on the people like i said
The second movie had given plenty of screen time to humans, yet it was dynamic & blended seamlessly into movie; the transition from old actors to a new set was too sharp, I kinda liked that agent guy from the first two movies, and army team too, then in the third movie half of the cast were gone??? Like, where's continuity?

My favorite movie was Bumblebee because it did human and autobot interactions so well. The movie had so much heart. Problem with this movie is that it doesn’t have that same heart and love for the characters
Mostly his acting is off and there relationship compare to how Sam was blend so well
For me, TLK is still reasonable with the appearance of humans. I mean, Earth is in danger, right? Would it make you feel better to see humans do nothing to protect their home? I know it's overdone in this movie, but the work that humans have shown to help defend Earth is at least reasonable, I think
Optimus is the only one that can make a speech on why you shouldn't kill him and sound so badass

@@ThisIsCyber megatron didn’t take his arm off Optimus did as you can see in the rooftop scene before megatron even touched him starscream was holding his arm and in the last knight when megatron found his head he says “the end is near my old treacherous friend what a shame you will unable be to see it” even though he called him treacherous he called him his friend and sounded genuinely sad so in his own way he does care about and miss Starscream

No, it's described as just being one of many tokens that those deemed knights had. If the stories are to believed in Arthurian legend, it's (Excalibur) either resting at the bottom of a lake or buried with Arthur wherever he is. I'm sure if it was excalibur they would have focused on it for more than 10 seconds before throwing it away.
it is exactly excalibur which in this instance both the staff and the sword were given to merlin and king arthur by the ancient cybertronians and the staff had the ability to control a huge robot dragon made up of all the knights of cybertron

I love the Mocap on Megatron! He actually looks and sounds like Frank Welker and it really is him this time around
And it sucks lmao, it looks extremely unnatural and has lost all of its robotic appeal. Megatron in the first three films looked like a giant alien lion-like gladiator, and yet his expressions were still very clear and top notch despite looking so alien. Megatron in TLK had a face that was way too human-looking and didn’t have that same intimidating punch anymore.

The stories have always been all over the place and there's a lot of plot holes but I do have to say they are fun to watch
Absolutely. Nothing changed from the fact that there's always a baddy trying to takeover earth to make Cybertron alive. Every part from Transformers 2 has this unchanged which ultimately Optimus have to jump in to save the day. Kinda gets predictable but at the same time Transformers movies have always showed how trustworthy relationships can be between them and humans despite betrayal.
I never seen a transformer film in my life until this week. Now I have binged all of them and here is my ranking:
6. The Last Knight (convoluted and redundant plot, many retcons, but still decently enjoyable if you turn off your brain).
5. Revenge of the Fallen
4. Bumblebee (Really liked this, a more human focused perspective. But there was too little action, and I feel like the movie would've benefitted from being 30 minutes longer).
3. Age of Extinction (I really liked the beginning, but things started to get wacky towards the end. Also, a lot of the relationships and dialouge was just weird, such as the whole 5 minute conversation about Romeo and Juliet laws.)
2. Dark of the Moon (Amazing film, great action sequences, awesome antagonists, etc)

I used to love the bumblebee look in this movie but then after watching the bumblebee movie I love that look way more
yeah, he looks very sports car ish in this movie and I'm not too much a fan. They focused more on having a bunch of parts showing and making them more and more complicated for 'realism'. The travis knight one focused on making that design fit the character, showing more of external car parts than miscellaneous metal pieces.
The one here looks more developed but the one in the bumblebee movie does more justice to his iconic look.

From what I heard said they tried to cram multiple different movies and ideas into this movie. Kind of wish they didn’t try to rush everything too much and maybe it would have been better. I liked some of the ideas of the movie but the execution was just not there.
They did. The Knights of Iacon.
The plot twist from TF Prime in which Unicron was the earths core.
Quintessa their creators.
Then they messed up the timeline that was established in Revenge of the Fallen
The movie itself was a mess...
I think they scrapped a sub plot of Quintessa meeting Megatron who gives him Dark Energon.
Honestly the movie needed to be the final part.
If I were writing would have had Optimus as Nemesis and Cade along with mankind have to work together with Megatron at the end Optimus and Megatron work together to fight Unicron which results in both of them sacrificing themselves in order to shut down Unicron

You need to bring back Galvatron bc when age of extinction ended Galvatron walked off screen and then he is suddenly Megatron again.
The barricade is back which is weird bc I thought he died back in the third movie.
But the biggest thing was that cade helped stop a robot uprising due to human stupidity. So how is Cade the fugitive and not a hero supported by Joshua and KSI?
@@furionmax7824 To be fair in Age Of Extinction Galvatron was the name given by the company who tried to make Galvatron as the movie states Megatron never really died.....he was just using the humans in order to give him a new body and an army.
As for why Cade was hunted in The Last Knight and KSI? Something tells me KSI might have taken a hit financially wise after being exposed with working on Transformers technology that ended up going haywire in China due to Megatron and an rogue CIA unit

The constant changing of the aspect ratio is maddening, literally from shot to shot during the same sentence

The worst part about the new Transformers with the new cast is that they've made the human protagonist to be super cool and awesome, who can fix anything, fight any monstrous robot and is totally unrelatable. While the original cast was more realistic and can be relatable, a human with problems and downfalls, but keeps on fighting with the Autobots not cause he's cool and he can, but cause he cares.
So u telling me cade can block a sword swing from a 20feet high robot? Cade has some amazingly strong arms dang

The sword Cade weilded was the Talisman, which probably gave him the strength of Talisman Knight himself, but there's no other way to explain it so it's safe to remove the word “probably.” Cade also was the one that the Talisman had chosen, so it makes sense. It's that simple

It just doesn’t work on some of them. Megatron should’ve come back as his grotesque beastly self. He went from looking like a robotic lion to looking like a bald ass dude with no discernible facial features.

I still remember that line from Ford V Ferrari, when Shelby said "Sir You cant win a race by a committee, you need one man in charge", and I think this also applies on making movies, you need one creative vision with the story you're trying to tell, and with the fifth transformers film, I can really see the "committee" running the show. a little side tangent, this is a repeat of the 2nd movie, a lot of storylines clashing together, the fourth movie did it a lot better IMO (and yes its bad but in terms of storyline it's more cohesive and has a lot of compelling aspects, it was only weighed down by the "Bayness" of it, this is where Michael bay went full on "bay-movie", small solution, remove Shane, and replace Galvatron with nemesis prime, and don't kill lockdown in the end) this movie as really frustrating to watch, the fourth movie while flawed, was at least bearable and had a decent story, this just made my brain spin for 2 and a half hours, I Like bumblebee's design here tho, more lean and less bulky, nitpick: I still don't understand why they stuck with the broken voice-box thing, I thought it was resolved in the first film.
No I dont think it was ever resolved, he used the radio the whole time in the 1st one and they never even tried to do the slightest thing with it until the 5th. But damn the radio voice sounded hilarious and was. You cant even lie

Am i the only one who likes cade? Ik it's bad writing or whatever but it's so funny how this human is as present in every action scene as the transformers themselves. The guy shakes off being almost directly bombed by megatron and nitro zeus, blocks the sword of that knight dude (i know it was a magical sword situation but the fact he even tries b4 the sword forms is funny), gives a pep talk to optimus prime himself (it works) and convinces the knight dudes to stop. He also has a straight up sword fight with lockdown in the last movie. Guy's hilarious

Plot was kinda crap. Wash, rinse, repeat of the last four. Mystery object Decepticons want to use and Autobots are keeping from. Don't get me wrong, the other four were good, but the plot of this one had issues.
But damn, the fights were awesome. Loved the designs of Megatron and the new bots. Zeus and Mohawk kinda got the short end of the stick here. For being infamous enough to be in a cell, Mohawk went down way too easily. Would have loved to see more of those two.
The sad part is that this movie could’ve had a very unique plot. There were two other alternative scripts which were quite unique and much more coherent than this movie.
The first one would’ve been a film wherein Optimus and the dinobots actually meet the quintessons, and have conflict with them.
Second one would’ve been a live action beast wars film in the Bayverse continuity, which would’ve had Optimus adopting his Optimus Primal form.
Clearly, way better than the slop we ended up getting.

Making Megatron optimus and maybe even Quintesson teaming together to smack unicron with decepticons, autobots and minicons together. Wouldve made a greater plot optimus fighting megatron just to get a point thru to him about unicron. It couldve been such a great movie snd they fucked it Fast and furious style

The only explanation is that, the Talisman gave him the strength of a Guardian Knight the moment it turned into a sword, and he has that strength as soon as he weilds the sword
