I still cannot forgive this movie for wasting nemesis prime... Imagine the story we could've gotten if nemesis was like a winter soldier and hunted the human characters throughout the movie.... And Megatron helping them to fight nemesis... Oh well we can dream.

That china exclusive trailer had showed the part where Megatron says "we were brothers once" fighting against "nemesis prime" I really thought that's what we were getting as well, having Megatron help the autobots fight Nemesis, that line would've had more of an impact if that were the case, or something similar, instead they just slapped it in there
And wasting Megatron/Galvatron, and wasting Anthony Hopkins, and wasting Unicron. This movie did too many things wrong with really cool concepts

I don’t see why, 5 minutes of screen time of him just shouting “I am Nemesis prime” and getting beaten up by bumblebee isn’t exactly impressive
@@pilkers2 it’s about seeing a different side of a character you knew well. Doesn’t matter if what he did on paper was lackluster, it’s the body language and tone of voice that sold Nemesis Prime as a threat (even though it was pretty bad, if Nemesis Prime was the antagonist instead of Quintessa/Unicron/Megatron/Cybertron maybe the movie wouldn’t have been a pile of garbage)

That’s what I get while I’m writing this he says it all in 2 sentences. The sound design in these movies is one of the few redeeming qualities of this franchise
I like Transformers, but okay. Are you some turbo geek that expects to get a 3 hour literary and philosophical analysis out of a movie about transforming cars? "Mm yes. The way Optimus Prime transforms into a semi-truck greatly reminds me of the teachings of Socrates and the work of Mozart. Mm yes." It's a movie about explosions and flying cars and robots. Just enjoy it.

In this movie,
1) They have completely spoiled the character of Nemesis Prime, literally treated him like some random decepticon's lieutenant.
2) Mark Wahlberg was shoving down our throat like damn. So many cringey moments.
3) Enough with tiny human getting involved with everything they shouldn't have. That fight between Nemesis and Bee could be epic if it weren't for Mark.
4) And lastly, if I were the director, one swing of the Knight would split both Mark and that lady into 4 pieces. Doesn't need two swing.
The interesting thing is the soldiers didnt start shooting at Optimus, either afraid or knew he was and what he is capable of
