Transformers: Age of Extinction is a 2014 American science fiction action film based on the Transformersfranchise. To me, Lockdown is the perfect Transformer because:
1. He’s a aventador lamborghini.
2. He can fight hand-to-hand combat perfectly.
3. He’s got a huge ship with everything he needs.
4. He has an army and Cybertronian dogs that are under his command.

6. He’s got amazing quotes.
7. He walks like a badass.

I missed this the first and only time I watched this, but she's "trying".

What makes it even more chilling and truthful is the fact that humans are creating robots that can think for themselves. Can move, talk and act just like humans. I've mistaken a few shown on TH-cam as humans and their precise facial expressions and eye movements are terrifyingly accurate.
These robots will work for people, but for how long and will they ever turn on their creators? The only thing they can't do is procreate like humans, but I think it's only a matter of time.
Certainly not as cool looking as the Transformers, but there is certainly some truth to Lockdown's words.

Then the movie will have to take place fully on cybertron. It wouldn't make sense for the transformers to be on earth, the home of HUMANS, and change their alt modes into HUMAN vehicles, without them interracting with the humans.

Lockdown is easily the best movie TF villain. Unlike shatter and dropkick that many people say they're better, lockdown kills those who are hunted. In theory lockdown took down all missing autobots/decepticons after DOTM and he killed more than just ratchet and leadfoot. And Shatter and dropkick killed cliffjumper and yet couldn't kill bumblebee even tho bee and cliff have the same body

Whilst I prefer Shatter and Dropkick as characters, Lockdown has a presence that they don't even come close to matching.
I think most of it is the sound design. The breathing in particular is great.
Sentinel is the best villain.

because shatter and dropkick are scouts? or that their mission along other decepticons was to find optimus prime location by themselves while lockdown has an entire ship with a big crew? OR that shatter and dropkick both lost due to plot armor (shatter defeated bee in a few moves, and dropkick had to be killed off by pure script immunity so the movie could continue, makes sense both combined had no trouble killing cliffjumper) while lockdown had to engage optimus while he was busy doing something else so he had a fighting chance? like it or not they are pretty good villains especially when they are just soldiers while lockdown is leader of his own faction, but both antagonists, lockdown and the pair, have the merit of beating every other bayformers antagonist, sentinel included

I think it’s more so he can give that condescending “I beat you” look to Prime. You can tell in the movie that Lockdown really doesn’t like Prime simply for being allied with humans.

6:27 my favorite lockdown line from all his scene
I think Lockdown has the best combat skills in all the bayformer movies other than maybe Sentinel Prime. He literally kicked Optimus's butt and dispatched Bumblebee easily even though it was a sneak attack. He's a bit small compared to other transformers but quick and agile and just as strong. Also his face-gun allows him to take down enemies without really getting face to face. These qualities really suit an intergalactic robot bounty hunter.
Non-leader Autobots/Decepticons are *expected* to be dispatched easily by Optimus or anyone on his league. Megatron to Jazz, Optimus to Bonecrusher, Starscream, and Grindor, Sentinel to Ironhide, Lockdown to Bumblebee...

He sneak attacked him in every encounter. I doubt he would have much of a chance in a fair 1 vs 1. I do respect his character though, he was smart enough to plan and execute those attacks and tough enough to go toe to toe with him.
I also like his design the most. He wasn't absurdly big or bulky like Megatron and Galvtron, he was small in comparison but looked like a tank. Great voice actor and they made his mannerisms seem almost human.

I like how everyone in the comments section is talking about how Tessa is "trying" to break the glass but why is no one talking about how in 3:57 the cars door is somehow magically open with no one even near it yet in 3:49 the door was closed and somehow Prime teleported from on his knees to 50 feet away from the car and dueling it out without even one grunt.
Well to be fair there is a period of time in-between the two time stamps so it could be possible that firstly the driver of the car got out and ran away when Optimus wore his face mask and then after wearing his face mask he took a big step and charged Galvatron

I really like Galvatron's transformation, but definitely not as much as original transformations lol.
I mean, he splits up into parts and such just to reform like a shapeshifer or something.
Its kinda like the og iron man suits compared to the nano bot suit things from infinity war and ahead. Sure, the new suits are nice, but they won't reach the satisfactoryness of the og suits with all the parts here and there coming together.

Lockdown stole this movie from beginning from quotes to action this scene was the nail in coffin. Way better than megatron. This was lit in theaters in 2014 very Underrated

Nahhhh, this lacks the true emotional depth of despair. Vader oozes despair because he woke up to find out his efforts sealed Padme’s death. Cade lost his daughter but I would argue it would be better for him to chase the ship, maybe cling to the net until he slips. Simply hitting the ground doesn’t work much except to highlight a tantrum in motion.
Alternate title: Lockdown's walk of swag and badassery.

He feels that he can never be betrayed by a "cause" because he never pledges any loyalty to them. His only real loyalty is to whoever offers him the most for services.
Optimus fights for the Autobots and humanity. And he has been betrayed by humanity despite doing everything he could for them. Lockdown is simply mocking that Optimus puts his faith in others, and that he's weak for doing so out of loyalty.
This should've been lockdowns entrance into the film. I mean his first on-screen appearance. What an entrance 🙌

Lock down is scary as hell, the way he walks to prime when they first met on the country high way. I remember in the theater stereos was so loud when he walks u can hear the theater room vibrate. It strikes fear in people's heart n kids r scared holding there parents hands n arms tight. The background of lock down music is amazing n the best line when he says u think u r born, no u were built n the creators wants u back, when that happened in theaters the audience were so excited n terrified of lockdown n the audience wants to know who r the creators who created prime, it raises alot of questions back then.
