I think one factor is that he has been ignoring Simon’s messages and then suddenly finds himself not only face to face with him, but in a context where the one has had been ignoring is performing a rather loving act of service for him. More importantly I think he generally feels that he can never compare or fill in the shoes of his brother. What is your take?

This show does have a Skam vibe because it's sooooo realistic and is not afraid to show us uncomfortable things about human emotions. It's so appropriately vulnerable and it makes us confront our hidden conflicts. Flaws and acceptance are portrayed perfectly. Most shows are kinda escape mechanisms where we see unrealistic stuff and forget about our conflicts but with these shows we are faced with those conflicts and somehow shown how to deal with them and how it is okay to screw up as a human being and learn. I love this show because it makes me feel alive and appreciated life and existence. 😭❤
