Unfortunately, you have to be exciting and be flowery on yt... most successful yt channels I've seen take from other disciplines and claim them as their own. I see why sifu gave a sour face when yt was mentioned
George xu said several years ago, "chi is change" I was just talking to someone and joints came up. Joints change as their job. Kung fu loves joints Is there alot of chi at joimts?
